We’ve had a positive experience with…

We’ve had a positive experience with Hamptons, particularly with our Property Manager, Danish Ashraf. He consistently handles our dealings with efficiency and professionalism. Danish is always responsive and ensures any concerns are addressed promptly.
His clear communication and effective management of tasks such as coordinating maintenance and handling paperwork have made the business relationship straightforward. We’ve been very satisfied with his service and appreciate the reliability he brings to the role.

Professional and helpful

Hamptons manage the house I've been living in for the last 4 years. They are always professional, and Max - the property manager - is consistently helpful and quick to respond. Over recent months there have been a few maintenance issues to resolve, most recently this week, and it's always done promptly and without fuss.

Great Property Manager

Hamptons is a good, reliable firm. In particular I wanted to call out Max Barnes, Hampton’s Senior Property Manager, who has looked after our cottage for many years and is great! Very experienced, quick to respond, very diplomatic dealing with tenant issues and both professional and friendly to deal with.

My property manager

My property manager - Danish Ashraf was always extremely helpful and responsive regarding all maintenance issues related to the property. Sometimes out of the blue he would call and ask if everything was OK with the property and if there was anything he could do to assist. Danish, thank you so much for your help over the past few years. You are a great professional!

Danish has been a fantastic agent to work with. He’s always responsive, friendly, and proactive in addressing any issues that arise. Communication is clear and timely, and he does a great job mediating between tenants and landlords to ensure things are handled smoothly. We’ve always felt that he genuinely has the tenants’ best interests at heart while remaining professional and balanced. Highly recommend working with him.

Hamptons Fulham has been my agency for last 5 years so far. Great experience on managing the property in overall. Timely response and active engagement with landlord and tenant to avoid potential conflict.

Hamptons

Hamptons have been our letting agent now for a few months. We initially had issues with our washing machine but this was sorted very quickly by Danish Ashraf who ensured that our new one was fitted before Christmas. He has also been helpful for us and responsive whenever we have other issues. Thank you!

Excellent Agency.

Hamptons Real Estate have looked after my flat for the past three years.
Everyone has been fantastic with keeping me informed about the tenants and any requests by the tenants.
Mr.Danish has been excellent in helping me with all follow ups with items that need attention.
This is helpful for me ,because I am not in the UK full time.
Thank you Danish and everyone else I have been dealing with in the office and we will continue working together 👍
