Good products, bad communication
The fact that you have to pay import costs is clearly stated on their website, and you need to check for yourself how this applies in your country. So I don't think the reviews about import costs are justified.
But I ordered the candle vases and unfortunately they were broken when I received them, what can happen, since it's glass. Now I'm trying to get in contact for 2 weeks but they're not responding.
Update:
The day after I posted this review, I received an email saying they hadn’t received my initial emails and had immediately sent a new set. I received it just a few days later. I’m obviously very happy about it, but it’s a shame it happened again after I posted a review.
The products themselves are lovely and good quality—there’s nothing bad to say about them!
