My grandson has a checking account…

My grandson has a checking account which I sponsor. For the second time the account was compromised. Melissa Bounds was once again most helpful assisting us with the process of opening another account. She advised my grandson of the things to be aware of in any future transactions. My grandson was very thankful for her help. Melissa always seems to make the extra effort every time I require her assistance. I will always recommend her.

I have to defend Hancock bank

I have to defend Hancock bank! 45 years with Hancock Bank, a loan history 3" thick and now live in Central America, get deposits into my checking acc. and wire sends to my bank here, never a problem. But, I sure did run into 2 very rude and disgusting females in the office (not tellers but management) I knew 2 people on the board and I never saw those two hateful and rude women at the bank again. They were angry they actually had to work and set me up a wire transfer service so I could send MY money to me so I could conduct business here. I believe that the service and the over all attitude of employees did go south when Whitney merged (Anything from Louisiana is not going to be that great!!) I tried 3 times to renew my expired VISA card by calling the department that handles Visa accounts, every time I got ahold of some girl named La'quisha and of course these totally untrained agents didn't know up from down, totally untrained, just could not send a card thru the mail and get it right, One of them even told me she would have it FEDEXD to me here, VISA DOES NOT FEDEX cards to any one, how can a credit card agent at some big main office be that stupid! I had to go in and do it at my bank when I flew all the way back after not having my card for a year! I have read many complaints from H/W customers thru the years and am appalled at what I have learned about such a once great bank. Banks don't pay well and it shows (Wells Fargo, Regions, Bank Corp South) have horrible women working at those bank, seems they do not care how nasty they present them selves to the banks loyal customers, why should they, they can go sell shoes at the mall if they get canned. Why are the male tellers always so polite but 'some' of the females are not? If H/W ever treats me the way I have seen from others I will not hesitate to take ALL MY MONEY and my 45 years of business to another bank in the blink of an eye! It's not Hancock that went bad, it was getting involved with Whitney that will be their down fall.

Hancock Bank should be Terminated Permanently

Couple weeks ago i went bank to withdraw some money to clear my debts. These jerks harassed me with and didn't give a single Penny. I went another Branch and the manager behaved rude to me. They asked me to come on the next day but they did not help me. I'm an 72 Yrs Old man, i cannot come to the bank every time. I had another payment came into my bank, they put a hold on it with no reasons and still they did not remove the hold on my payment. And again they harassed me. Im tired of this now!!! HANCOCK WHITNEY BANK SHOULD BE CLOSED PERMANENTLY. It is a fraud bank. It should be reported.

I AM IN MY MID 70S AND HAVE HAD…

I AM IN MY MID 70S AND HAVE HAD ACCOUNTS ORIGINALLY WITH THE WHITNEY NATIONAL BANK IN NEW ORLEANS LA. WHICH WENT OUT OF BUSINESS DUE TO RISKY LENDING PRACTICES. IT WAS ACQUIRED BY THE HANCOCK WHITNEY. I HAVE ACCOUNTS AT OTHER INSTITUTIONS ALSO.

THE WHITNEY IN THE LAST 10 YEARS HAS HAD A CONTINUAL DOWNGRADING IN QUALITY OF SERVICE. IT HAS REJECTED LOANS THAT WERE 100% CAPITALIZED, FAILED TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER INFORMATION WHEN IT WAS NECESSARY TO SAFEGUARD THE PHYSICAL SAFETY OF A CLIENT/RELATIVE WHO WAS A CUSTOMER WITH MULTI DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS, AND VARIOUS OTHER INSULTING ACTIVITIES.
WHEN THIS WAS ATTEMPTED TO BE REPORTED TO MANAGEMENT AND THE BANK ATTORNEYS MULTIPLE BARRIERS WERE PRESENTED.
NO REGULTOR ON STATE OR FEDERAL LEVELS HAD CONTROLS ON WHAT THIS BANK WAS DOING.
IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME UNTIL THIS BANK FAILS.
THANS.,
