Do not order - they don't supply the goods
Ordered an Indonesian pestle and mortar on Sept 29th - have not heard anything since!! Sent 2 emails requesting update - nothing. I think I have been defrauded out of £73.99

Really sad, I totally wanted to buy one of their woks. Don't know if they actually are crooks but they took my payment, sent a receipt and then... nothing. No replies to emails, nothing. Have taken it to my CC provider for a refund. DO NOT TRUST.
It's been more than three months since I placed my order and there have been no updates and no responses to my attempts at contact. The website processes payments and lists certain items as 'out of stock' - implying that some are IN stock. You can see some of the products advertised with discounts on the shop's Instagram (@handhammeredwoks) and also the instagram of its founder (instagram @lukiefarrell) if you go back far enough, so they were certainly trying to shift stock in the past. The shop's instagram has limited comments, and the Thai charcoal stove in fact seems to have gone 'out of stock' within the past year, suggesting that there may still be someone at the other end of the line.
No delivery, no response to my emails requesting an update on delivery, no contact at all since making payment over a month ago. Looks like either an extremely badly-run business or a scam - will request a refund via my bank as I purchased this with my credit card.
Paid £206 for a wok, spatula and delivery. Said it would arrive in 3-5 days. 12 days later I emailed and asked for an update but got no response. A week after that I emailed again and asked for a refund and said that I would initiate the refund myself if I didn't hear within a week. The week went by and still no contact so I am trying to get my money back via the bank now.
I had the same experience as the previous comment. I ordered and received no word back from them. Product didn't arrive and none of my e-mail/messages on social media answered
It would appear this may be a SCAM COMPANY, we ordered and paid for a Thai charcoal stove 2 weeks ago and have had no contact since the order confirmation email. There is only 1 email address to contact and they are not responding to the many emails I have sent. It is on the 'shop' app - but this just says 'order placed'. There is nothing to say about timescales for the delivery if it is being sent from Thailand - so please AVOID. Luckily I paid on my credit card, I will have to contact my credit card company.
