BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I had purchased these products with my Christmas money after falling in love with their Cactus Blossom sugar scrub! I have never used one before theirs, so I didn't know what to expect. I loved how soft and smooth my body felt after using the sugar scrub, so I knew i needed MORE! When I received my order I was so excited to see what the new hand soaps smelled like but all i could smell was Lavender. I opened the box to discover that in transition 2 of the bottles had opened and all over everything. I worked in sales for years, I sent an email to customer service as a courtesy to let them know so it didn't happen to anyone else, I wasn't looking for a refund or anything just making someone aware of situation. I received an email back from Ashley, who was absolutely perfect!!! She apologized about the shipment and not only refunded me my money, she re-sent my whole order!! If that's not GREAT customer service I dont know what is!!!! I will Be turning around and using my refund to buy more products with Hand in Hand for sure!!!

Great for sensitive skin
I love that the bottles are made of a more recyclable material. I have very sensitive skin and absolutely love all their soaps and hand sanitizers. Everything smells fantastic, without leaving a heavy lingering scent like a lot of products. I generally go fragrance-free but these are so lightly scented with natural ingredients that I have had no adverse reaction to the fragrance.

I have very sensitive hands. Especially in the winter. This soap actually makes my hands look better after just washing. This is the best hand soap that I have ever used.
I typically have sensitive skin. In the winter, especially; my skin can get capped and dry from using other soaps. This is by far the best soap that I have ever used. It actually even makes my hands look better just by using it alone ❤️
