I wouldn't buy from here again.
Ordered online, stock levels incorrect on the website and received a poorly worded email about when stock will arrive. Called up, and that information wasn't even accurate. Awaiting a refund. I'd swerve them.

I have investigated further into this and firstly apologise, but unfortunately our website doesn't currently show stock levels. However, we notified you of the stock issue immediately the same day, and after checking the email that was sent I can see that it stated stock was due in 12th May. The date given is from our supplier which is advisory due to the current climate.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you, we always recommend giving us a call prior to ordering if the product you require is urgent to check stock.
Apologies on this occasion we were not able to supply the item from stock.

Almost perfect Experience.
Service was really swift, products are lovely, packaged well, decent instructions with templates.
Made to order item also arrived really quickly. They have possibly been let down by too many customers who shop and return items. Tough for a small business but the consumers prerogative. The contract committing to the item is a little unsettling, but responded quickly to questions and very helpful. We Recommend.

NOT impressed
I placed my order on January 7 and received an email saying that my order was delayed due to zero stock. I'm not sure how or why the transaction was even accepted, surely the supplier would update their website to show any items that are out-of-stock. I replied to the email asking if I could substitute my items for something else that was in stock. I did not receive a reply. Please note: I did not suggest that a reply was not sent, merely that I did not receive anything on either occasion into my inbox or spam folder. On February 22, I emailed asking for an order update. I did not receive any reply. On March 3, I was advised that my order was complete. On March 5 my order arrived in a poorly packed box. The wasn't enough padding in the box to prevent my heavy cast iron items from slopping around. Causing one of the smaller boxes inside to break open. Luckily there wasn't any damage. As you can imagine, I'm NOT impressed

The item was unfortunately out of stock however the payment is authorized by yourself in order to place the order. We immediately emailed you the same day advising the stock issue, and yes you did reply asking to substitute your order, in which we replied to your email the next morning with the response below;
"Yes of course that will be fine, I understand it’s quite a wait so if you prefer a refund just let me know that’s no problem"
You did email on 22/02/2021 for an update, and we did reply with the response below;
"I have just checked with the supplier and they’ve told me due in to them 1st March so hopefully we should have to you next week also. Sorry for the delay, there’s been quite a few delays at the ports and customs recently with all suppliers."
Unfortunately we weren't aware the packaging arrived damaged, had we been notified we would have sent replacements for any damaged items.
We would appreciate if you check your junk mail box as we did not ignore any of your emails as you claim.
