What you experienced was the result of a security exploit in our platform that allowed a small number of sellers to manipulate our escrow system. It has since been identified, patched and independently reviewed — the loophole no longer exists, and the accounts involved have been removed from handles.gg.

That explanation doesn't undo what happened to you, though. Please contact us at hello@handles.gg with your order reference so we can look at your specific case and put it right. We'd rather resolve this with you directly than leave it as it stands.

We're sorry — losing $400 on a platform you trusted is not something we take lightly.

The issue you ran into came from an exploit in our escrow system that a small number of sellers were able to abuse. It has been fixed, the sellers involved have been removed, and the process has been rebuilt so it can't happen again.
