After a ridiculous amount of back and forth when they failed to fulfil my order in full they finally agreed to a refund but still claimed they had sent it. On 24/10/2023 a woman named Sandy told me I’d receive my refund within 3-5 working days. I have not received my refund or the item and I do not have the energy to deal with this company again. Don’t bother.

I almost didn’t order from Handles4U due to their TP score. However they don’t use TP so it’s not a true representation of the business. The staff were brilliant! We left everything too late, and the team did everything to turn it around ASAP. We collected part of our order and had the rest delivered. The staff on site were experienced and courteous. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Fantastic company and staff

Didn't take responsible for missing items. The service team is not polite. It is really difficult to contact them. Lately response. The quality of products are second hand and used.

Registered to place an order on this site, set up my account and auto-saved my password (as I always do). When I went back to login the password was not recognised. I tried the password reset but this also doesnt work, as when you click on the link it says it has already been used. I reached out on their contact form with this issue and asked someone to contact me so that I could reoslve my inability to login. No one replied and as there was no email address I could see to contact in the end I gave up and ordered my items elsewhere. They really need to have robust systems, otherwise customers, such as me, will give up and spend their money somewhere else.

Order placed online for two pairs of Polished Brass Lever latch Door Handles. My Local Hardware outlet could not source them. The handles were very competively priced against other online retailers, including the P & P. Items arrived within 3 working days

So impressed with the quality and feel of these cabinet handles but what has impressed me is I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size I e mailed to say what id done and lo and behold when the handles arrived (very promptly) you had rectified it and the correct size turned up so well done to all and thank you

never again, purchased 19 handles ready to upgrade the kitchen when all the base units had to be removed to replace the central heating pipework. It took 3 months to start fitting the handles as wanted all the work done first so none got damaged. On looking at the handles through the packaging they looked fine but when we started opening them to fit everyone we opened had either small dents or light scratches that you could not see through the packing. speaking to their customer service they did not want to know. I would never recommend or buy from here again... read the bad reviews before buying because when things go wrong you want support.

Purchased one handle for a kitchen cabinet. Everything went well with ordering, delivery & price was good compared to other places. Was a very specific requirement to replace a push latch on one corner unit (that went bad due to cowboy installer).

I purchased a set of handles, hinges and mortice from this website and it all arrived within 3 working days.

The quality of the materials is very good, especially the handles.

Would definitely use this company again.

Only UK supplier I could find that had the Hettich handles I wanted in stock. All the others quoted 2 - 3 week delivery direct from Hettich in Germany.
Handles4u quoted 5 - 7 working days but delivered in 3 days.

My order was over a week late. I spoke to Handles4u and cancelled the order when two delivery dates were missed, because the handles were needed immediately, I had to go out and buy replacements. I received emails every day from DPD, the courier, giving me delivery times, which came and went. I was lied to by DPD when I contacted them on two occasions. I contacted Handles4u on several occasions about my refund. They did nothing until my handles were delivered over a week late. I was advised that as soon as their courier collected the handles, I would be refunded. This was a not true. I received the refund five days after they again used DPD to collect the order that I’d already cancelled ten days before. DPD were a day late collecting the return handles too. Their lousy choice of courier should have been their problem, but I had to put up with a delivery fiasco and wait around for my money. Useless service.
