These switches are so beautiful and so well made and such a great value. Just gorgeous and I am so pleased with them. I’m an interior designer in the U.S. and will be ordering my luxury switches from here from now on. BUT I previously wrote a review that this was a scam. I placed an order. There was no email confirmation no tracking. I reached out via the online form - no response. Then I sent an email and they told me it would ship that week —- two more weeks went by before I just got a shipping notice from Shop with tracking. Then it took 11 days to arrive but I was able to track it as it moved through China and then to NY and then to me. So just know when you order - 6 weeks. They make them when you order. Then they have to make a pilgramage. But definitely worth the wait ———- when you know you’re waiting. :)

Poor - ordered on the 4 April, two weeks later, the handle has been "shipping" since the 9th April - today is the 18th April. Presume they save money by going the slowest delivery route from international as possible.

Go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I waited a long time for my order and it ended up getting returned to sender. But ultimately I did speak to Chris who was very nice, helped me through the situation and I have received a full refund. I hope they manage to iron out the problems that they seem to be having with certain orders.

This is not a US based company but a Chinese company with a bi-lingual sales person somewhere else. I ordered handles which were the wrong size and needed to be exchanged. They told me I had to post them back to some third tier city in China and then claimed it didn’t arrive and refused to process my refund for £135. Customer service is non existent and you may as well buy directly off Temu or Aliexpress

I was skeptical as their items are the same as Meraki who never sent items ordered up to 6 months before nor issued refunds for items never received. Handle Shop Couture were very responsive and the items were received as discussed within 12 business days. The items are beautiful and well made. I think they are slightly hampered by Meraki and its difficult to work out where they are actually located. I am really happy I ordered from them though.

Made in china. Product installation holes not aligned correctly. Over priced. Poor customer service. Not recommended.

I highly recommend this company, their product and their communication has been fantastic. I ordered handles for my new kitchen, I wanted something a little different, something beautiful, and of good quality, these tick all the boxes. I am so happy with them, I had lots of different sizes and everything is 100% with all hardware included ready to install. These guys also shipped my handles to New Zealand for me.

The product was good quality but not cheap. However when I needed to return an item it turns out the company is based in China (not UK as I had assumed). If I want to return them I need to complete all the customs documentation, pay the customs fees and transport fees. I would never have bought from them if it was made clear this is a Chinese company - I felt tricked.

We ordered the handles on 03 February and have heard they are shipped but no update. We are now trying to ring/email and there is no response. Have reported them to PINTEREST as I feel we have been scammed out of €632.00..... Very very upset.

Well, I read reviews after I ordered.
I thought I was in a long haul of aggravation. I was wrong. I ordered on Jan 25. I received my handles today February 11. I emailed them first of February because I didn't receive any confirmation on shipping.
A couple of days later received email that my order was being processed. They were well packaged,bubble wrapped in thick cardboard shipping tube. Finally got them open. Just what I ordered 8- 8' handles and screws.. finish looked good. Can't wait to install.. thank you

Its writen thats their hand made product, but it comes from a chinese shop in a same package like temu. for the other part from my order Im waiting since one month and no response

Placed an order a month ago with express shipping paid. I was told by email my order was in process after several inquires. Then today, after a month of waiting, they cancelled my order without notice or warning. Very irresponsible company to purchase from. Recommend against considering this vendor for your purchase.

The product itself is decent for the price, but the delivery process is extremely lengthy. One item never arrived, and it's been months since I've been trying to obtain a refund, only to be consistently ignored. This is quite disappointing.
