Deliver different damaged sofa and then refuse to respond despite continual chasing
I ordered from Handmade Chesterfields.
1. The sofa took longer to arrive than stated, (around 4 weeks longer)
2. When the sofa arrived it was damaged
3. The sofa delivered was not the chesterfield I selected or wanted.
I have emailed the firm continuously and they have simply taken to ignoring me after initially saying they sent an invoice with the incorrect sofa to my colleague (the sofa was for me not my colleague) All of my emails requested a chesterfield and I was not send a Chesterfield. The have multiple review sites, one of which has awful reviews where customers have suffered similar situations of being ignored. I have asked for an exchange sofa and I am ignored over and over again since their initial response. I have now reported them to trading standards and have asked for a refund. My next stop will be the small claims court.
