UK to Perth WA
I need to know how long it takes to send a card to Perth. My first purchase was a sympathy card, I have no idea how long it took or indeed whether it arrived at all. You can't really ask "did my sympathy card arrive? What was the quality like?" In that instance, time was not that important.
My second purchase was a birthday card and it struck me when I ordered that I was not asked what day the actual birthday was. There was 7-8 days to go I seem to recall, so I didn't dwell on it. In the event, it was 3-4- days late. There will be children birthdays where the date of arrival will be important so I look forward to learning just how many days I should allow for a card to arrive on time in Perth when I make arrangements in the UK.

Hi Nesta, in reply to your feedback. The first order you placed was posted two days after the order arrived on a Friday. Your second order was posted the same day the order arrived. Unfortunately once we hand the cards over to Australia Post we are at their mercy. Australia Post are experiencing major delivery delays all across Australia due to Covid and we do have notifications about this on the website. We post our cards within 36 hours of receiving the order. And, we do have an area in our order system where you can leave a note to advise us of a birthday date. We would recommend at least 1.5 weeks notice to try and get your card to where it needs to go and arrive in time. We do offer Express Post which generally delivers within 2-3 business days. We are sorry to hear your card arrived late and your first card was not acknowledged. We put the sender's name and return address on the envelope so if a card is not delivered it should be sent back to the purchaser.

Unfortunately, due to a major flooding incident in January 2022, in WA and SA, the rail lines were extensively damaged and closed for repairs. All mail going into WA is now going by road and this is causing major delays in delivery times. We are so sorry that your card did not arrive in time for the occasion in WA.

Really pleased with my card!
The card was smaller than I expected but it was still really beautiful. Will definitely order again. It arrived really fast, well packaged with extra cardboard to keep the card from bending in transit.

Mum’s 80th Birthday
My mum’s 80th is fast approaching.
These beautifully designed cards are not only gorgeous to look at but so original.
I was able to pick and choose the colours that are mums favourite.
Once I ordered, it was received within a couple of weeks. Due to all the delivery mayhem going on at the moment with Covid, parcels from state to state have been a nightmare. Not this one! So grateful.

The only disappointment I had was based on the pictures I expected it to be about twice the size it was. It is quite small but none the less, beautiful. Would definitely recommend their services for a unique touch 😊😊
