Absolute perfection. I have purchased many times from this company without incident. The quality is incredible, which is surprising given the extremely low price. I recommend peace lights in particular, if The Peace (sealed metal tin) if you are willing to spend a few pounds more (still way less than any mediocre high street cig).

it was the second time when I used Hand Rolling Tobacco and my experience was decidedly infuriating.
my first order got delivered without any issues and I, regrettably, decided to give a company a second chance. I placed an order on the 20th of May, it got dispatched pretty quickly and arrived to the UK on the 22nd of May. The tracking showed that it got stuck in the customs. I contacted the International Hub of ParcelForce on the 18th of June via phone and they sent me a follow-up email saying: "We kindly recommend contacting the sender directly, as they may be able to offer more insight or initiate further action from their side".
I contacted Hand Rolling Tobacco and received the following reply: "As clearly indicated on our website, once the package arrived in the UK then we have no more dealing with the destination country post office".
I kept on emailing ParcelForce UK, they raised an enquiry with the international hub to confirm if there is anything else required to complete the delivery of my item. Finally, they confirmed that after reviewing the details of the shipment, that they have no tracking information available for this item and are unable to provide further assistance at this stage".
on the 29th of June I received a letter from the Border Force saying that the goods I ordered were seized due to the fact the sender, Hand Rolling Tobacco failed to declare them properly. however, it is clearly stated on the merchant's website in the 'Shipping Policy' section that: "All shipments are declared fully and accurately in accordance with applicable postal regulations and export control laws in the country of origin".
The seizure of my order is Hand Rolling Tobacco's fault. Beware, the company does not declare the goods you order correctly .

However, we would like to respectfully point out that your review does not accurately reflect the facts of this case. We have already sent you a detailed email explaining the situation.
All of our shipments have been prepared and declared using the same customs declaration procedure for many years. Your previous order was also declared in exactly the same manner and was delivered to you successfully without any issues.
For this reason, we are disappointed to see that, simply because your second shipment was stopped by UK customs, you have concluded that we “do not declare shipments correctly.” This allegation is neither accurate nor supported by the facts.
As clearly explained on our website before every purchase, our products are shipped internationally by post from outside the United Kingdom. While our overall delivery success rate is approximately 90%, there is always a small percentage of shipments that may be delayed, seized, or refused by the destination country’s customs authorities. This possibility is clearly explained to all customers before an order is placed.
Receiving your first order successfully and then accusing us of making incorrect customs declarations simply because your second shipment encountered customs issues is, in our opinion, neither fair nor accurate.
Furthermore, both the email you sent us and the UK Border Force letter clearly state that one of the reasons for the seizure was that the products did not bear a UK Fiscal Mark.
At the same time, the customs declaration itself was completed correctly. This is evident from the shipping documentation that you also provided.
You quoted the following statement from our Shipping Policy:
“All shipments are declared fully and accurately in accordance with applicable postal regulations and export control laws in the country of origin.”
We completely agree with that statement because it is exactly how our shipments are prepared. Our responsibility is to declare the goods accurately in accordance with the postal and customs regulations of the country of origin, and this is precisely what was done in your case.
As explained in our email, we have already offered you the same goodwill solution that we provide to customers in similar situations. If you wish, you are welcome to accept that offer.
We always try to assist our customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. However, we cannot agree with statements suggesting that we deliberately failed to declare your shipment correctly, because that simply does not reflect what actually happened.
Finally, we would also note that your review stands in contrast to the experience of the many thousands of customers whose orders have been successfully delivered over the years and who have shared their positive experiences.

I had no problems from aug-may
I had one order seized by uk customs (plz use the insurance it’s worth it just to cover your money)
I then got a delivery of 400 che’ cigarettes (ordered 2x 200 of the same brand)
one of the packs was completely different even though I ordered the same brand
One (200) was 👌
One (200 )was poor quality not in a wrapper it was sellotaped together,my chefs in my restaurant couldn’t smoke them and they will smoke everything
You know they are bad when even a homeless person wouldn’t take more than one pack😬
I contacted the company over WhatsApp’s / email the differences in the cigarettes and that I wasn’t happy with the quality and I was going to have to throw them in the bin
I was told by text and email (and I have text messages/photos of the different packs and actual cigarettes,I wish I could attach that proof)
That basically it wasn’t their fault it was from a different distributor and wasn’t hrt’s fault
I then left a true review of my experience and it’s funny that I was offered a refund for the substandard quality pack of 200 che more or less straight away
Also a bit weird that I only got the money into my wise account after I chased up that refund a few times by email and said would leave up until they responded
Just be aware of what might happen if something goes wrong
It’s a headache getting a response or a fair outcome
And plz use the insurance
Just in case
I’m sorry I can only tell the truth
I can’t use this company again
