First of all, we need to correct a serious misunderstanding. We have no authority whatsoever to remove reviews on Trustpilot. This is a third-party platform, and no company can simply delete customer feedback. Suggesting that we are doing so is factually incorrect.
Regarding your order HRTIN3464897251, our system shows only one order, not multiple as implied:
• Order placed: 20 February
• Payment received: 21 February
• Dispatched: 24 February
• Exported: 26 February
• Arrived in the UK: 4 March
This clearly shows that your order reached the UK within approximately 7 days after dispatch.
From that point onward, the process is entirely handled by UK customs and Royal Mail, which is outside of our control.
Your claim that the delivery time is our responsibility is simply not accurate. These are international shipments of tobacco products, not local UK deliveries. No company in the world can guarantee fast delivery for such shipments, as delays depend heavily on customs procedures and local postal services.
We understand delays can be frustrating, but holding us responsible for a process that is clearly documented and outside our control is not justified.
That said, your opinion is yours and readers can evaluate the facts themselves.

Great first time order experience
This was my first time ordering from them so I was a little unsure at first, but the whole experience ended up being really positive.
Before placing the order I contacted the seller with a couple of questions and they were very responsive and helpful, which gave me confidence to go ahead with the purchase.
I ordered 6 packs of Black Devil cigarettes and the delivery was actually quicker than expected. The estimate said around 14 days but it arrived in about 10. Everything was packaged really well and arrived in perfect condition.
The cigarettes themselves were clearly original and good quality, exactly what I was hoping for.
Overall a very smooth experience from start to finish. Good communication, fast delivery, and genuine products. I’d definitely order again.
