I have been using Handy Backup for over 10 years, upgrading regularly and enjoying the new features. I have reached out for help 4 or 5 times in this period and in all cases have had a quick reply and resolution. I have 10 Tasks running at different times on different days backing up several of my home business network's PC's to redundant NAS targets. I especially like the intuitive user interface, the ability to review logs and backups are composed of native accessible files. This has saved me several times.

I've been using HB since 2012 to keep my photos safe on Dropbox and OneDrive. As a photographer, I need something reliable, and it just works. I like that I can handle both cloud and local backups in one tool.

The product works very well and the team is generally responsive. Some delays with difference in time zone but thankfully since product works well and consistently there are few reasons to reach out.

This application has been my companion for several year through all window versions. It eases up backup to different media. Clear description with real windows looks, give a great user experience.

I've been using HB since 2004. It's been a great solution. I have a reinstall issue and support replied promptly and resolved the issue

Since many years we use Handy Backup on a daily basis. Now we are moving to newer computer systems. Handy Backup proves again how usefull this software is. Top software !!!

I’ve been using Handy Backup on my desktop computer for over 10 years. It works great! One of the problems I had experienced with other backup software is that it compressed the whole backup into some series of obscure “volume” files, and it was impossible to retrieve a single file without using the program. What attracted me to Handy Backup is that it copies the actual files into a duplicate structure of folders on the backup medium.
Handy Backup has saved me many times when I tried to use an old document to make a new one (I started modifying the original document before doing a “save as” to create the new one). Retrieving the original file is a simple copy and paste from the backup folder (using Windows’ File Explorer). I use the scheduler to run a full backup a couple times a week, and it’s set up to retain the old backups. Selecting the files to be backed up, the destination for the copies, and setting up the scheduler is straightforward and intuitive.
I’ve recently been using my laptop more frequently, so I’m installing a second copy of Handy Backup on it. Great program; easy and straightforward to use.

I've used Handy Backup about three years starting with a free version and purchasing a license. It has not failed me. The think I like best is that the files can be stored in their native version for retrieval of a single file or just reassurance that critical files are being captured.

I have used Handy Backup for several years and the ease of use and intuitive wizard is very useful when creating backup sets.

I have used many backup products in my 40+ year IT career, and so far, my favorite is Handy Backup. I have been using Handy Backup for probably 20+ years (starting with version 5.0 or 6.0 I think...). The main thing you want in a backup solution is reliability and predictability. Handy Backup has NEVER once, not in all these years, ever failed, crashed, missed a scheduled backup, etc. We have multiple backups running every day - some full and some incremental, on thousands of files, and never had a glitch. In fact, Handy Backup is probably the only piece of software that I never have to think about or worry about. The setup process is quick and intuitive, and there are enough options to fit almost any use case, without being overwhelming. Easy to set up for any level of IT expertise. And for the price -- Handy Backup is filet mignon on a hot dog budget.

I have been using Handy Backup for over 12 years. I am kinda medium IT literate and have tens of thousands of files in different folders on different hard drives. The reason I like this software is it is simple to use and I love their incremental backup that is super quick. I have loads of different tasks some that back up daily or others weekly and monthly depending on how stressed I would be if I lost that data. Once you have set up the tasks you can pretty much forgot about as it will just do the taks when it can. I don't understand why this nifty bit of software doesn't have a higher market share. The other bonus is their support is very quick to repond if for example you have upgraded your PC and need the registration reset.

I bought this solution during the 1+1 promotion and am really happy that I managed to save some money! Buy during the discounts, they often have them! The program itself is the most convenient of all that I have seen, even my daughter can set it up.

I downloaded a 30-day trial version. My first task was to set up email notifications within the app but I ran into problems so I contacted the "support" email address for them to suggest where I might be going wrong. Two more follow-up emails later and I've not had a single response.

However, I do still get pop-up messages on my PC as each day ticks down to the end of my trial version. 'm really not sure how they can expect me to upgrade to the full paid version while I have issues. Poor image to its potential customers.

A good backup solution looked somewhat antique in version 7 but is much more efficient and modern-looking in Handy Backup 8. For me, the crucial advantage is its capability to support business-level data plug-ins such as virtual machines, as well as many storage options, including those for online backup. I am using the Small Business edition for my workstation, and our institute utilizes the Server Network solution for multiple machine backup and recovery.

We use this software to work with MySQL databases. Set up very quickly, a quite simple GUI (I haven’t seen anything easier) I recommend!

I've been working with this software for about seven years and there was nothing to complain about... A very effective solution for those who like stability. The configuration is very intuitive, which is the reason I started using it in the first place. Helped in countless cases for all that time.

Paid for 2 copies of there software over a week ago and still no serial number they never reply to any emails even ones sent by the third party who collects there payments.
