Beyond Expectations: I am very impressed with Handy Bikes.
I am very impressed with Handy Bikes. I am an individual who is blind, and I recently purchased a new custom tandem from a third-party vender. I wanted Handy Bikes to tune up the bike because I am going on a big ride soon. During their tune up, they found additional unexpected issues. The guys at Handy Bikes are very good with communications, have a can-do attitude, and take their time to make sure I completely understood the issues I have with my bike. In addition, I am very impressed with the quality of their workmanship. Handy Bikes are not a parts pusher, they truly understand the complete bible. There are not many bike companies who will come out to the house and pick up the bike. Of course there is a service charge for the service, but I am willing to have my bike picked up and fixed as long as the bike is fixed correctly. When I got the bike back, I noticed that there issues the bike went in for were not fixed. Handy Bike stands behind their warranty and did not charge me for both labor and for pickup / drop off. I am proud to be a customer of this company, and I am planning on giving them my business until I move away from the area. Thank you, Handy Bikes, for your caring and knowledgeable expertise.
