Genuinely trustworthy and fantastic support. After an incident with a car James was open, honest and great at communicating. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Jim was a massive help when we broke down, arranging work to be done at a local garage and helping to get us there.

What an excellent service we received from Jim and his team on what was a difficult day. Very impressed with his care, patience and attention. He went above and beyond when we were unable to get into our new home taking our furniture away and storing it to deliver a few days later when we got the keys. The team was brilliant! From excellent communications prior to delivery and updates on the day to the actual delivery, everyone I had contact with was polite, professional and friendly. Very impressed with the teams efficiency and ability to move a giant sofa into my second floor flat with a number stairs and narrow spaces. Excellent, next day service. Easy to make arrangements and transparent, competitive, pricing. Polite removals staff who took great care of the furniture and placed everything where we wanted. Will be my first go to in the future.

Early morning delivery which arrived on time. The delivery people were very respectful of my property at all times taking care not to damage anything or to the item being delivered.

What a fantastic service! My move went without a hitch thanks to Jack, Simon and Ollie. They dismantled and reassembled items at both ends and nothing was too much trouble.
