Your masks were posted out Royal Mail 2nd class the next day after you ordered them. They usually arrive in 2-3 working days but can sometimes take longer.
As it’s been a week since you ordered we would look to wait for 1 more week. If however they haven’t arrived after 2 weeks we’d consider them lost and would send out a second set of masks.
Unfortunately delivery times are out of our control. We pack and post within the quickest time possible.

Quality products, value for money.
Quality products, good pricing, speedy delivery. After lots of disappointment with online purchases of various face masks, (low quality, ill fitting etc) it was a relief to find an honest supplier. As a frontline worker in retail, I need comfortable and breathable masks for long days. Handytize masks are so good, I have recommended them to all my colleagues as well as friends and family. They even give discounts to key workers. Well done and thank you!
