The bad experience @hangup brand of clothing, buying online and getting the wrong product all the time and the worst experience talking to @aashishgupta, the manager of the gurgaon office. He promised me a product and after two days of worthless excuses he hung up the phone saying "ap kahi aur se kharid lijiye ..." Just disgusting. It's better to be clear on day 1 instead of making a fool of your customers. People must know that the customers are ones who keep them busy and worthy. So at least have a polite and clear conversation instead of mentioning yourself as a tycoon of industry.
