Just Getting Started.

I registered and created an account, and I was a little confused about how to make a deposit. I requested support in the group chat and promptly got a response from Mike, who gave me all the tools I needed to get started.

Popped on and asked a specific question…

Popped on and asked a specific question about changing my account currency type from BTC to USD because I didn't want to see my active trade in BTC while I am managing my trades. They popped on and walked me through the process. Made an internal transfer to my other account. Also my first deposit into my live account from my coinbase account was on there right when I actually looked on there. (waited like 20 minutes could have been on there sooner) Long story short whoever I talked to on support was respectful and helped me through the process. Fast. Definitely 5 stars no drama no bull crap. Goodlooking.

Access Regained

A week ago, I traveled out of the country. While away, my app froze. I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it. However, when I tried to log back in...I could NOT...I was locked out of my account.
Today, I chatted with Michael and Anne to regain access to my my account. They were BOTH willing and able to assist. They were knowledgeable, thorough and prompt with their responses. They got me back into my account so that now I am up and running and ready to trade again. I sincerely appreciate their assistance.

Praise worthy service!

My name is Eddy Pierre Pierre. I was introduced to this platform by my nephew less than a week ago. I had some questions and I decided to use their live chat. Michael is the agent who answered my questions. I must say that I was very much impressed with the quality of the service. Quick response time, knowledgeable and courteous representative, one does not find this type of service too often these days. That is why I found necessary to share my experience with the general public.
