Customer service is terrible: my order (#175002) has been delayed multiple times, supposedly due to a production issue with my chairs.
Even though I received an email explicitly stating that my chairs were ready to be shipped (meaning that production was complete), I was informed of a further 1-month delay in the delivery date (when the order is already 2-month late).
When I contacted their customer service, they once again cited the production problem as the reason, when the error was clearly due to a lack of responsiveness and professionalism.
They explain that there is nothing more they can do since they already compensated me with 7% of my order (which is apparently their maximum compensation for an order that is 3-month late).
It's unbelievable that they cannot entrust my order (which is ready for delivery!) to the carrier for a whole month. I now ask for immediate shipping of my order.
Avoid this site at all costs.

Ordered a Hannun Numa Table in July, and the experience has been consistently poor due to repeated delays, shifting timelines, and reactive communication.
Since placing the order in July, I have had to contact Hannun multiple times to get any information at all about the status of the table. There was no proactive communication from their side to explain delays or provide realistic updates. Each time, I had to chase them myself.
On 5 December, after yet another follow-up, I was told the table was not ready and that the workshop expected it to be ready “starting the week of December 10th.” When I contacted them again on 16 December—once more having received no update in the meantime—the estimate slipped again to “starting the week of 12/29.”
If you are considering ordering from Hannun, be prepared for unreliable timelines and to repeatedly follow up for basic information. I would not recommend them to anyone who values clear communication or predictable delivery.

Even one star feels generous for this company. I purchased the Igor headboard and waited two months for delivery, only to receive a very basic, low-quality product. Worse, it was impossible to assemble due to a manufacturing defect. When I tried to return it, I discovered the return fee is €40. This has been a huge waste of time and money—I’m extremely disappointed and considering legal action. My advice: stay away from this company!

I ordered a piece of furniture from Hannun at the end of July. The website stated that the product would only be available for shipping at the end of September, which I accepted. When that time came, I received an email saying the shipment would be delayed by another 5 business days. I waited, and then received another email postponing it again for an additional 10 business days.
After all those delays, the product still hadn’t been shipped. I contacted customer service, who apologized but offered no real solution. Today is November 8th, and the order still hasn’t been sent.
I ended up requesting a refund, which I’m still waiting for. It was a very frustrating experience, and honestly, I don’t plan to buy anything from this brand again.

I have bought a Cabecero for my bed. Choose one colour that did not corresponded to reality. I asked then for a return, since colour was not what was in the image. They use a refund platform called Rever. I agreed to receive a code for a new purchase with them, a new color. On Rever, the code said that I would not pay for shipping and would receive a 15% discount (total 300 euros to be reused). However, when I spoke to customer service (always very kind I have to say), they took almost 80 off the discount and charged me for the return (€59). I asked for clarification on how the deduction was calculated, and they also gave me the wrong total cost of what I paid. I am deeply disappointed. I never write reviews, but this time I feel like I've been taken advantage of. It is not normal for the value promised at the beginning to change once you speak to customer service. Now I will buy the item again because they promised me discounts if I bought the item from them again, but now I will have to lose another €40-50. A disappointment.

I have done the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing from this company. I do not know how everyone else' experiences are. I have a very bad experience with them. I bought headboard since more than a month ago which is delivered roughly last two weeks. They use GLS logistic company. My item was on hold at custom for two weeks but Hannun does not care at all. I did not receive any information about it. I have to chase everyday and ask them multiple times to follow up with GLS. They kept telling me to wait for delivery. They came up with the reason that the fault is upon GLS company because GLS did not inform them the lack of document for custom clearance. They do not think that it is their mistake for not providing all required documents. Then GLS's local lartner in UK is parcelforce. I did not receive any notification or information when the parcel will be delivered. However apparently they delivered last Friday and mentioned in their tracking link of GLS that they cannot deliver as noone is at home. Do they think that they can turn up to someone else's house and deliver whenever they want like we are doing nothing but sitting at home. I contacted Hannun again but still they are not taking any responsibility. I do not know if they understand English or not. Today parcelforce delivered again while I am at work, without any notification or information. I askes Hannun to liaise with GLS to sort things out but they think that their job is done once they have taken the money and sent the product. Customer service is extremely poor. No knowledge of how to handle the problem or customer complaint. The product they delievred is almost 3 weeks on transit now. I still have not received the product. Headboard costs €400. I will see the condition of the product when it's delivered (only god knows when). With the current weather, moisture level and prolong transit, I hope it wont come in terrible condition as it is a wooden headboad covered with linen and cotton. I am worried and stressed from my current experience that they will give me more troubles if I need to return the product. You guys better stay away from this company. I should have read the review before I bought from this company. Nowadays, with social media, it is very easy for a company like Hannun to get away easily despite having such a bad review as a whole.

Love yourself and stay away from this crap, one star is already a blessing to them.
The worst of the worst category of bad and amateur quality. The wood they use are so cheap and not treated properly, as if the products are yet to be polished.
The most miserable experience is to deal with their careless, rude, ignorant and shameless customer service that keep lying with zero IQ and most importantly nonexistence of EQ they will drag each consumer into a miserable journey to wonder why such mafia business can still survive till today.
I dare to say this because in the same month I ordered furniture and decoration stuffs from Poland, Denmark, Italy, Spain and Sweden. The customer services were all spotless and efficient. Either free pick up and refunds were immediately agreed or sending new items without returning the defect products. That is why I cannot tolerate Hanna’s bureaucratic mafia style and feel the urge to warn every consumer not to get trapped by this irresponsible vendor.
If Hanna’s owner would have little self-reflection, they would already have decided to seize the business because of huge shortcomings on both quality and service. There are many outrageous consumers across all platforms of social media have complained on how they have been treated by Hanna without basic decency. Delay, not to answer the questions you have posted but repeating what they want like a robot; pretend not to understand your questions and ask you to upload the photos again and again and again are their common tricks.
1. They dare to send me a broken product, returned by another customer. The product arrived with a broken packaging badly sealed and partly open. It is already opened and then poorly re-sealed very unprofessionally. Such damages can not happen during the transportation. But they never had the decency to admit this and fix it. To make it even worse, I found the installation kit was missing and there is a broken screw deep inside the furniture!!!
2. With such bad experience, despite of having the basic decency to acknowledge it and refund, they started playing filthy tricks presenting not to understand the context, giving ambiguous answers via email only and repeating like a robot. At least I have uploaded 3 times all the photos for nothing.
3. In order not to refund me, they make the whole process impossible by delaying. After 2 months “bye bye” the return policy does not apply anymore!
4. In one year time, another product I have purchased was already broken
All in all, love yourself and stay away from HANNA, I wish HANNA all the luck on self-reflection then seize the business.

I ordered 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers on June 6th. It's now October 13th and I still don't have either item. The chest of drawers was delivered in bits in August and apparently a replacement is arriving in 2 days time (after an insane number of emails). I have repeatedly been told they are chasing the bedside tables, but I'm wondering if they'll ever arrive. I bought them as a matching set so don't want one without the other, but I'm loosing hope. I am happy with the product and quick customer service and trying to help. Regarding the quality I had an issue with a purchased table:
The wood is of good quality, and the design is sleek and chic. However, the opening/closing mechanism of the table feels weak. It closes with a loud smack rather than a soft close, which is a bit disappointing considering the price point — one would expect a more refined execution. It’s a small detail, but one that impacts the overall sense of quality in the long run.
I contacted the team, and they explained that this is normal and suggested replacing the mechanism if I want a soft-close feature.
