I ordered a Pawlush pro. Ad says it would be sent out by Royal Mail but Yodel contacted me instead. Said they'd delivered it to my local collection point (as I requested) and I could collect it. Went... See more

Unsafe Dog Toy
I ordered an interactive floppy fish toy for my dog. The product has a metal zip and I can feel metal in its tail. The product can’t have passed any safety tests and would be very dangerous for my dog. I ve email the company a number of times to request a refund but have had no response. Do not buy from this company
Don’t bother with this site
I bought a floppy fish for my Yorkshire Terrier cross (so only a small dog). It stopped working within minutes as he bit through the wire. It’s not fit for purpose & I have tried to return it but can’t find an address and the support email on the returns policy does not respond. I would not recommend this site or product.
The lobster arrived faulty end of…
The lobster arrived faulty end of November. It’s now mid Jan, I’ve emailed the company 3 times so I can exchange and no reply.
Funnily enough, they only post great reviews and I have not had an email request for a review from the company (as is usual these days with most companies). I would not recommend you get sucked in like me over these ‘cute toys’ for your dog. They’re awful and cheap.
Zero customer service! Beware
If only I'd have read the reviews of this company! I ordered a couple of items which were received (in bad condition and bad packaging), however due to the delay in shipment (took ages to arrive) I wanted to return once I'd received. I have emailed the company 2 dozen times (if not more) and no response. It is now over 6 weeks since order placement and still no response. It's a con and a very badly run company. I'm now in the process of trying to get money back through my bank. Avoid!
Zero response from customer support
The product I ordered (floppy lobster) was destroyed within a week by my medium sized dog. When I reached out to customer service twice back in august to ask if perhaps the unit I ordered was faulty, I received no reply.
