I didn't receive the package even though I ordered almost a month ago, very disappointed because I didn't receive any response to messages about what was happening with my package. Disappointed and that's it.

The contents of the first delivery was dirty and some of the contents bags were open, Through fault of the courier; however, once I emailed my happy baby, a new boxed package was dispatched the same day. With all the contents intact.

The order did not arrive, but I was busy and did not contact you عنه

I am delighted with my baby cot bumper and quilt set, the delivery was speedy the bumper set is beautiful great quality.

I'd never heard of MyHappy Baby but I'm so glad I found this company! I managed to find a bumper for my baby's cot bed that goes around the whole cot bed and is exactly what I was looking for. There were so many designs to choose from and the price was so competitive. Communication was great and delivery was fast.

This cotbed set is lovely and good quality. My baby loves the design. The bumper set is well padded. It’s excellent value for money. The items were delivered in good time. One item was not delivered but I was issued a refund upon request. No other issues. Will order again soon.

Doesn’t fit the dimensions of the cot stated. Brought this to the company’s attention via email and they just sent me a link to their other products

My moses basket arrived with dirty marks all over it. Rusty screws given to fit the hood to the basket. 2 brown wooden ends given to go over the end of the screws for an all white moses basket ! Damage to the wicker of the basket. Slow replies via email when trying to arrange a return !! Was told originally I needed to pay for the item to returned untill i took a screenshot of their returns policy which states any items with defects or damages, they will cover the cost of return. Was then send a returns label for yodel when I sent over theor returns policy. Don't actually know if collection has been arranged I have waited in for 2 days for yodel to collect my parcel like originally told of supplier! Yet no response off supplier after multiple email. Terrible customer service!! Avoid buying anything at all costs !!!!
