Bought a pet carrying sling. It was faulty - the sliding clasp did not lock, so my pet could escape easily and it was unsafe to use. They initially offered me a refund but asked me to pay for return s... See more

Everything I purchase from this site is top-notch. The quality of the materials is clearly superior to the cheap options I've tried from other places. Worth the price.

They sent me a very poor knockoff product (supposedly a “FurCatch”) that didn’t work at all. It was on sale for $19.00 (normally an eye-watering $39.90), but probably has a manufacturing cost of less... See more

Cheap rubbish

Cheap horrible and dangerous products.
I bought one of their dog leads for walking two dogs at the same time. They claim that the lead untangles itself, well guess what? The lead doesn’t untangle itself. You have to Turn the ball manually. But that’s not all, their items are so cheap and nasty that the fabric they use for the Leads are so thin. One of them was fraying within 10 minutes of walking my dogs, therefore making the item dangerous because that lead would’ve snapped next time. I immediately emailed them and told them of my complaint, they told me to fill in the form and return the item to Austria in Europe, BUT I have to pay the postage for the cheap faulty rubbish . I said no I am not paying the postage for your damaged items. They then told me to send a video explaining what is wrong with the item. I did this, but apparently I took too long, So they just said to me, sorry nothing we can do too bad.
But I can now see from the reviews here that their items for dogs are cheap nasty rubbish crap.
Do not buy from these Scammers.

Don’t waste your money

They only sell within Australia yet my dogs toys were sent from overseas and when I asked which country they dodged my question. My indestructible dog toy for power chewers lasted less than 5 minutes. Don’t waste your money
