Avoid their pet stuff is dangerous and is very cheaply made. They charge normal prices for terrible products. There customer service is appalling

I read excellent reviews which I now assume were phony, having “UK” in the title suggested (wrongly as it now transpires) that the company is UK based - my item in fact comes from the other side of the world, has yet to arrive and having contacted the company and explicitly being told the item was with a local company - I tracked that the item was still in China! So I feel both conned and lied to

*Update* ........i contacted my bank to do a charge back. They paid me the money back in 10 mins whilst looking into the company. The next day i got a full refund including the postage they tried to deduct! For all those fighting them try the charge back option....it works against these con artists! . .....Absolutely shocking company and complete con artists. Pity I didn't read these reviews before parting with money. No order has arrived after 4 weeks and telling me I wasn't in when delivered!! They didn't even try. They send the same email back and then don't refund your money. Lesson learned like all the other reviews!! I have taken to posting comments on Facebook, just in the hope they don't con anyone else.

I ordered a split extendable dog lead. I was excited, as I have been struggling to walk my two dogs and newborn baby. It arrived and one of the buttons was so stiff, I couldn’t stop my dog, when we got near the road. I thought, maybe it will loosen up, so tried going out with the lead once more and this time. The other button broke all together. I pressed it and nothing happened at all. So basically I have a retractable lead that does not retract. It cost £26.00, took over two weeks to arrive and put both my dogs in danger. To add insult to injury, I emailed them on their customer service address. They took several days to get back to me and have just now offered me a 10% discount off future purchases as a gesture of goodwill. No offer of a refund whatsoever. They also asked for evidence, so this didn’t happen to others in the future. That does not help me.

Wish I'd read reviews here before I purchased. Not only did it take forever for my purchase to arrive, it arrived damaged. Hardly surprising given the item was made of cardboard... Waste of money

I ordered from this company as the shipping was the quickest and said from the uk, however it turns out it was from China and took 3 weeks. I specifically make a point of not using Chinese companies so found this very frustrating. The Bark Bag I ordered was really not fit for purpose so I am returning. They offered me a 20% refund to keep it but it's not good so I am waiting in anticipation for my refund

Ordered an item nearly a month ago. Used the tracking system which just says “order is on the way” contacted customer service who have just replied asking for details already included in the email such as order number email and name so fee like the company is fake and fobbing me off. Because the order has taken so long I’ll be nearly too late to cancel within the 30days timeframe so maybe that’s intentional. Doesn’t feel like a legitimate company so be careful of internet companies

Claim to be a UK company. My order was shipped from China. Tracking awful. Package was said to be with delivery company and then it wasn’t. Customer service are pointless. When I saw it was being shipped from China, I asked to cancel and get a refund, I was told I couldn’t until it was delivered. They are now refusing to give me a refund and their attitude stinks. Avoid this fake company.

This not a UK company. Bought a cat scratcher which took weeks to arrive from China !!!
When it finally arrived it had to be put together, extremely flimsy and the scratchboard is nothing more than corrugated cardboard, will be surprised if it lasts the day.
Will put this one down to experience and research better next time

Makes it look like it’s a uk company shipping from Uk. It’s Chinese. Shipping took weeks and item was too small. They offered me 20% discount for an item I don’t want with a return address in China with postage paid be me. Avoid!!!

very long time to arrive. It is mainly made out of cardboard, with a fake wood frontage. It's pretty small too. Only good for a small cat to sit in/on

Total pack of scammers. Been waiting for a toy I ordered for my cat since before Christmas and can’t get a refund out of them. They keep saying I wasn’t home when they tried to deliver which is a despicable lie since since I’m practically a hermit and there was no physical evidence of anyone been at the door. No card, and when I tried to organise redelivery completely impossible

Utter scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! On the 16th November I ordered a cat toy but on the 12th December I received a baby bath chair instead. I contacted Happy Poppy and received an automated response requesting some details which I sent. When I didn’t receive a personalised reply, I sent a further 2 emails. Their reply was still the same automated message to which I replied. I did finally get an email requesting photos which I sent and on the 22nd December I received an email saying their team were looking into it but I have not yet received any news.
I am happy to send the item back but NOT at my personal cost as seems to be their modus operandi judging by other Trust Pilot reviews. The company don’t even sell baby goods so this has clearly been a mix-up in a warehouse in China where this stock came from. The company have not yet requested this as I have not received any reasonable reply. It is now 10 weeks since the money left my account. I have contested the transaction with the finance company who act on their behalf (via Paypal) but haven't received a response from them in over a week. Next move is to escalate with Paypal and failing that with the bank. Dreadful-DO NOT USE!!!!
Refund finally issued after 3 months. Edited to say that after having made a further complaint and being fobbed off with another ‘we are looking into this’ message I did escalate to PayPal and the company have refunded me my money.

AVOID!! Awful company, product does not match the description or even the pictures. When I asked to return and a refund as it was nothing like the description I could return to China at my own cost which was more than it was worth. Avoid this company at all costs.

Not worth buying best use a towel cost to return ridiculous all waste of money

I purchased a ball for my cat for Christmas, it took weeks to arrive but was fine because it arrived on time. I gave it to him on Christmas day and he loved it. Within 2 weeks the on off switch stopped working. I e mailed them with proof of my purchase and a video. They have refused to replace it because it arrived over 30 days ago. Dreadful service

I was worried when I read these reviews after ordering and realised it was coming from outside the UK. However, the cat bed/cave (Snow Paws) arrived 9 days after ordering and I’m very happy. I kept checking the parcel tracking, it was accurate and arrived in great condition. The item itself is fantastic quality; just what I wanted. I would order from this company again.

When I finally received my package, it was in terrible shape.

The box was bashed on all sides. One side was bashed in to the point where it had gashed almost entirely open. Part of the scratcher was dented. This was wrapped in a Happy Poppy bag which had no sign of marking or rips so I do truly believe they chose to send this package in the stage it was in.

Just save your money.

I wish I'd read this site before ordering. The website looks like a lovely, local company and the products seem high quality. Unfortunately this isn't the case. First of all, the product took almost a month to arrive, despite the promise of c.10 days and a misleading despatch email from the day after ordering.
After about 3 weeks and as many emails to support, I reached out to cancel the order but the company wouldn't allow me to, claiming the product was "on its way". Luckily for them, before I had a chance to contact my bank (about 4 days later), the product arrived.
Finally, the product itself is really quite low quality, with parts not affixed properly.
Clearly the site is a front door drop shipping, and I definitely won't be ordering from them again, not recommending them to anyone else. Lesson learned.

Do not order from this company!! I'm still waiting for my complete order after almost a month. The delivery service and follow up customer service is appalling!!
