satisfied

fast respons when there are problems with delivery.
The only thing i'm not satisfied about is your partner for deliveries in or around Paris by GLS,
Parcel are often damaged or lost.

Service is good but need to stick to delivery timeframe

I am revising my review.
I finally received the parcel with a slight delay.
I encourage the firm to stick to the delivery timeframe.
Otherwise Happy -Post is cost-effective.

2 weeks without tracking info for the parcel from France to Russia…

I sent a parcel from France to Russia 12 days ago, and still no delivery and no tracking results for the last 8 days. It's unacceptable service and the timing. Very stressful and disappointing

Brilliant

A brilliant experience easy to manage and good level of feedback informing me of tracking of parcel. Timely delivery and much cheaper than regular mail service. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.

No problem with my parcel sent to UK

No problem with my parcel sent to UK . Much cheaper than La Poste and it got there with no problems with customs etc. too. I have used Happy Post for some 5 years now and they've always delivered the parcels.

Took 4 days to arrive at the Happypost facility locally

I sent a parcel from France to the UK, the parcel took 4 days to arrive at the Happy post facility in France! I paid an extra for arriving between 4 and 7 days to the final address in the UK!!! It will never arrive on time! It's absurdity like all the time, these companies promise you everything and in the end non of their promises is respected! If you are not able to ship between 4 and 7 days just say the truth even if it takes 1 month, you have to be transparent.

You have choosen a 3-7 business days delivery solution. Your parcel has been collected on december 16th. Scam

Today one lady asking money from me ,she want to purchase some thing from me ,she used happy post service ,she asked me 100 euro as I insurance coverage forcing me to pay amount ,sending continuously wrong emails .

I think i just got scamed

I think i just got scamed. Thank fully I looked Happy-Post up on the computer and read your reviews. He also wanted to buy my item and tomorrow will pick it up if I pay the insurance. Never said how much... exactly what other posts had written. I sent all my information so I hope there isnt going to be a problem....
