Order not produced

This company promised me 120 custom printed bottles for each of our participants in a triathlon event. We confirmed and paid for the order 25 days before the event which was well within their promised window of 15 days. I got an email a few days before the race day to say they were unable to meet the delivery date due to a ‘delay in the production team’. No significant apology for the fallout it caused .
This was hugely disappointing and we had no other reward to offer our competitors at such short notice. Very upsetting.
