Very close to a full fledge fraud
Do not buy these cards
Ever!
Card expired
Had to call to get new card
No agents
Dropped online link several times
No explanation on web site on how to reactivate card
Now the web site locked me out.
Simply a piece of crap as a gift unless you want to purchase a frustrating problem for your friends and family.
Thanks

Garbage

I tried to redeem my card online and there was no pin number behind the scratch off. Like most of you, customer service hung up on me.

Unable to use

Classic RICO Scam, Unable to Use card Merchant states card not registered. When I go to their website to register card it rejected the 3 digit pin number. If you call their customer service number you can't get a real person only a recorded voice that does not have the option you need to resolve your issue. This Scam is a class action suit or RICO case just waiting to happen!!!

One 4 All gift cards are not a gift

We were given a one4all gift card. We went to dinner. After dinner the waitress came back and said are card wouldn't work. We spent the next hour and a half trying to figure out why. When we call customer service we would be on hold for 10 min and then they would answer and hang up.

Zero stars!!!!!

Zero stars!!!!!! Just like somebody else wrote on here. My company gives us to me for Christmas and it's the second year in a row that it didn't work. I stood in line with 10 people behind me and no matter what the cashier tried they couldn't get it to take the PIN. This is an absolute scam and they did it to me last year too. No number to call for help. You can fill out an online form. That doesn't help when you're at the till. So now I'm out money at a store that I wouldn't even shop at because the choices on this card were so poor that I had to pick the best option. I would actually rather get nothing for Christmas than ever. Have to deal with this again. I'm going to tell my company to just keep it next year. I don't want it. It's embarrassing to stand in a lineup for that long to have a card not work.

The card wouldnt work

The card wouldnt work. Customer service was not helpful. They said we couldn't use the card at that store even though that store was ON THE CARD. They did not fix anything, and they didnt offer any solutions. The whole phone call was weird. All we could hear were farm animals in the background. He didnt know their own product or correct website where the cards are listed. Once I started to get frustrated and questioned the legitimacy of these cards, he just stopped talking. Didnt hang up, but would not reply to me. Dont waste your money or time.

ZERO STARS

I am with the others.... ZERO stars for these cards! I cashed in $1100 from Chase with the intent to use them at Lowe's and thought it would be nice to have a balance to split across other retailers. WRONG!! I've spent the last 3 hours trying to use the on Lowes.com, directly with a Lowe's representative via phone, even called"happy"cards.com directly. Apparently I have to go into the store even though the product is online-only which defeats the purpose of getting this gift card. I hope Chase considers pulling this card or at least adding a warning as to the hassle you will need to go through to use it!

THIS WON’T ACCEPT ZERO STARS

THIS WON’T ACCEPT ZERO STARS, SO GIVING A ONE START TO POST ONLY. What a crock! Second year in a row our company handed these out during the holiday party. Didn’t work last year or this year. Input the information for balance and card not acknowledged. Tried to call and call won’t go through. I’ll throw this one out too and next year tell my company to keep it. I feel like it’s a scam and Happy Cards should be reported.

SCAM, do not buy

I tried to use the card, it was declined at the cash. I was informed that it had already been used and that I had 60 days to dispute the transaction. I never used the card and to do so I would have had to remove the strip that hides the card number and the CVV code. The strip was removed at the cash when I tried to use it. The card was declined. Real scam. Tried to escalate the claim, no luck since I didn't complain in the 60 day window

Garbage!!

Garbage!!! Doesn’t even deserve one star. Twice I have been burnt with the card. The waitress even today gave me the look when I went to use the cards (in store) and had serious doubt of even using them. Still calling the number on the card, each had the original balance

Do not purchase Happy Dining gifts…

Do not purchase Happy Dining gifts cards. This company is awful and these cards are a scam. I lost $150 thanks to this awful company that is selling pieces of cardboard that are not able to be redeeemed for any purchase at the participating restuarants. I tried to redeem at BP & someone in line behind me had same gift cards & had the same issue with their cards. The company's customer service is garbage. They are avoid refunding you any way they can.

Would give 0 stars if possible

Would give 0 stars if possible. Received as a gift and followed the directions online to redeem the card for one of the listed options of places. The card is marked as redeemed but they never emailed me information for the new card that I was claiming. The system is faulty and feels like a scam. The customer service number on the back of the card is completely automated and it is impossible to speak to a human. Do not recommend. Do not buy any products that show that you have to go through an extra step of redeeming the gift card for a specific gift card through 'redeem.giftcards.com'

Card number was damaged

Card number was damaged, by bad design, as the sticky backing peeled off three numbers. The website did not have any help for us, so we called the number on the back. The call made us do a security verification, then tried to get us to put in the number on the card. We were still missing three digits, and there was no other option, input code or hang up. Made my kid cry, as he didn’t get to go to toys r us, and he had been looking forward to it. Terrible site. Terrible customer service. Terrible company.

This company needs to be investigated to determine if there is an information leak or someone inside selling card numbers with balances.

People don't know how to activate this

Ok PEOPLE. Look. The Happy Card is not the actual 'gift card'. If you try to use it at a store it won't work.

You are use physical Happy Card to purchase an electronic gift card.

It says on the back of the card "ONLINE EXCHANGE REQUIRED".

Scratch off the back then scan the QR code and go to the website. It'll input the card number for you so you just enter the pin. It should bring you to their website where you purchase from the store you want. Then they email it to you.

If it doesn't work, copy the website via the QR you scanned, and try a different browser.

2 stars, because it's not the most convenient. Also, whenever I try to check the balance it says it can't process the request. You can check over the phone, but it's annoying that way.
