This Is a Pure Business Firm — Not a Customer-Centric Advisory Service

These people seem far more focused on their own profit than on the customer’s benefit. I understand that running a business requires revenue, but customer success and business success must go together. Unfortunately, that balance is completely missing here.

During the initial investment phase and while pitching, they show very attractive projections, repeatedly claiming things like “we are estimating very conservatively; actual returns will be much higher.” But in reality, their success rate appears to be 1 out of 10. Unless someone is willing to treat their investment like a lottery, they should think very carefully before joining HappyCoin.

They keep launching new programs and new strategies, most of which look like typical online “guru-style” frameworks — especially the high-ticket marketing pattern used by Gopal Krishnan (Binge Marketing). The formula is the same every time:
start with a low-cost entry product around ₹5,000 per year, pull in a large crowd, and then upsell them to ₹2,00,000 “premium” versions of the same content for just one or two months.

What’s truly disappointing is the mindset behind this approach:
customers are treated like “fish” — as long as they can keep catching new people, the business stays profitable for them. The focus is not on helping investors grow; the focus is on how many people can be brought in and converted into revenue.

Such an approach may help them in the short term, but it leaves customers stressed, confused, and financially weakened. A business grows only when both the company and its customers succeed together, not when new “strategies” are created just to bring in fresh people while earlier customers continue to struggle.

I sincerely urge people not to give reviews based on one Zoom call or just by watching their PPTs and videos. Join, invest, stay for a full cycle, and then review based on actual results.

Anyone can create a PPT or show an impressive strategy. Even AI models can generate a plan promising ₹100 crore by investing ₹50,000 per month for 25–30 years — that doesn’t automatically make it right or wrong. What matters is whether it actually works in real life.

So please, review only after you have tested it and seen real outcomes, not based on promotional material.

Two days webinar is not useful

This webinar is like an advertisement to their 14day master class which needs 12k to be paid. They advertised they will guide us in the two day webinar but they only advertised their 14 day workshop. I did y felt like genuine and literally wasted time and money by attending this 2 day webinar.

This is a big cheating company

This is a big cheating company. They dont solve existing customer issues but find new people to make them fool by suggesting mutual funds. Today I atteneded one of their webinar and expressed my experience in chat, but my message was deleted and they removed me from the meeting instead of addressing the issue.
