Great dog food brand, average store

Happydog.fr made a mistake when preparing our order, sent it anyway, and when we asked them for a correction, they attempted to gaslight us with a very condescending email, and offered to "correct" their mistake by adding a fraction of what was missing to their "next delivery".

After we posted a one-star review (this one, before edit), they contacted us via telephone to apologize, and sent us slightly more (2kg) dog food than what was missing from our order, along with some treats. I would have given four stars (still retracting one for the initial reaction to their blunder - that isn't a way to do business) if the dog treats added to the order were still before the due date; but they weren't. They sent us expired goods as an "apology". Do with that what you will.

Happydog.fr a fait une erreur lors de la préparation de notre commande, l'a quand même envoyée, et lorsque nous leur avons demandé une correction, ont tenté de nous enfumer avec un courriel très condescendant, et ont proposé de "corriger" leur erreur en ajoutant une fraction de ce qui est manquant à leur "prochaine livraison".

Après que nous ayons posté une évaluation avec une note d'une étoile (celle-ci, avant modification), ils nous ont contactés par téléphone pour s'excuser, et nous ont envoyé un peu plus (2kg) de nourriture que ce que nous avions commandé initialement, ainsi que des friandises. J'aurais donné quatre étoiles (en en retirant toujours une pour la réaction initiale à leur bévue - ce n'est pas une façon de traiter des clients fidélisés) si la date d'échéance des friandises pour chiens ajoutées à la commande pour s'excuser n’était pas déjà dépassée; mais ce n'était pas le cas. Ils nous ont envoyé des produits périmés en guise "d'excuses"...
