Unscrupulous business behavior with customers

I was sent a pair of sandals in different shades; one had some wear and tear. I think the one with wear and tear was a showcase item that had been sunburned and had been tried on a lot. So basically, a used sandal instead of a new one. I sent the pair back to them, but they didn't refund the total payment amount, withheld some of my money, and didn't even apologize. I think this is unscrupulous business behavior, I do not recommend to buy anything from them, to be their customers. Disappointment, wasted time and money.....
