Lost item was not replaced.
Unfortunately my suit was delivered to the wrong address. They did not replace my purchase, I received a simply apology.
Reply: I ordered 5 other suits that's all came to the correct address, I didn't change anything, how is it that the address automatically changed?

I recently l purchased a suit from Happy Gentleman and unfortunately it didn't quite fit, but having said that the quality and design was superb and returning it was very quick and easy, customer service gets bad press sometimes but this company was a joy to deal and I will be buying something in the future. Shocking customer service
Found the same suit cheaper elsewhere so cancelled within 10 minutes of ordering (8pm on a Saturday evening), I then got an email to say they'd shipped it half an hour later. Tried to cancel and they refused it, told me to reject the delivery, DPD tried to redeliver, they then said I had to return it! Absolute joke.

I am afraid we were not able to cancel your order, as it was dispatched 30 minutes after you made it on a Saturday evening at 8 PM. After the order is dispatched, we can no longer cancel it or request it back. The customer who has made the order may reject the delivery or receive it and return it. In your case, we provided you with a prepaid label and processed a full refund.
