Jim is the man! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had with no hesitation and really is an expert in his field… and I did ask a lot of questions and he didn’t mind at all. Cancelling shouldn't require a phone call if the order didn't
The ordering and shipping process was fine. My issue is with the cancellation process. I placed this order 100% online, but could not cancel the order online. I had to place a phone call in order to cancel the subscription. I had to then convince the customer service agent that I no longer needed the subscription. This is not a business practice that should exist in 2026.

Fast lasting results!
I’ve struggled with dandruff and an itchy scalp for a very long time. I’ve tried many drug store options and homemade stuff but it never really stuck. I’m so happy with my experience with Happy Head and to have almost a completely clear scalp in just 2-3 weeks!
