The quality is amazing , and you can tell they are made with love.
If you haven't tried them already would definitely recommend you do.

I absolutely love Happy Hound products, everything we order is beautifully made and the colours and patterns are true to what you see on the website.

Delivery is quick and my dog is always excited for the parcels as there is normally a little dog biscuit in there as well.

We have purchased bandanas, leads, poop loops, poo bag holders, harnesses and collars.

We are always asked where Evie’s bandanas are from as she looks so stylish in them.

I would highly recommend this company the best place for unique patterns.

Amazing service from step 1 we ordered our 7 month old puppy a harness, collar, tag and 2x bandanas, the quality is amazing and the ladies where so helpful on assisting me with returning a harness that was to small (I didn’t measure)! Thanks so much will deffo be ordering again and have recommended to so many of my dog friends!!

I’ve been buying my dog accessories form HHA for around a year now. The bandanas are really well made and got my dogs collars perfectly. The blankets are amazing and are washed weekly, they wash really well and stay super soft

The products from this company are lovely. Quirky and good quality. However, their customer service lets them down badly. I had a genuine issue with my order which I would have been happy to discuss and resolve in a mutually agreeable way. However, the responses I received implied that I was entirely at fault and were defensive, bordering on hostile. The ladies pointed out that they are a small business in difficult times - I would have reasoned that this makes customer service especially important, so you don’t lose good customers who are likely to be loyal in spending their hard earned money with you. Competition is great out there and making your customers feel valued rather than accused is essential. HHA were recommended to me but I won’t be furthering that recommendation as I usually would. Such a shame

We absolutely love the items we ordered for our greyhound Lucy. We needed to update her poo bag holder, and luckily there’s a matching bandana and collar tag.
The Oral range colour and pattern is beautiful and the poo bag is great too.

I ordered the birthday package for my dog, the product is amazing! Everything was perfect: the products, the packaging, the costumer service. If only the business wasn’t set in the UK than I would buy more products. Brexit made sure I had to pay extra fees for this.

Excellent quality well made the print is my favourite, added the lead and collar to the go with harness we already had so my boy now has a nice set, would definitely recommend and will definitely be purchasing in the future great seller

I have been shopping at happy hounds for a little over a year and purchased a range of their items. The customer service is prompt and Ellie definitely goes out of her way to help an and all enquiries. Most items have been posted with a couple of days and arrive 1-2 days after posting.

There new home range is high quality and practical, seemingly long lasting. The candles have a strong smell and long burn time. The personalisation on the baskets stands up to being wiped clean, dug at by the dog and dragged.

The human range embroidery is also high quality but does have a significantly longer wait time. I would recommend sizing down in these as they run large. I also find the sweatshirts a little thin because I personally love thicker jumpers.

The harness wash very well in the washing machine and dry within a day. There is a range of fun patterns and all items hold up well to lots of doggy play! This is also true of the handmade items.

The blankets are lovely and enjoyed my dog. They also wash well.

The toys are mostly from fuzzyard and P.L.A.Y.

The HHA crew is based on the regretta professional range and seems to run a tiny bit small. The items have been long lasting and wash well. The coat looks thin but I have found it to be warm and very waterproof.

The Poo bag holders work well as holding poo bags and wipe clean easily.

Amazing quality, lovely range of products, very unique

Easy to order, lots of lovely items to choose from, well packaged in a lovely box and the items are all of excellent quality. The couple of biscuits in the box is a lovely touch too. Will definitely buy again and thoroughly recommend.
