Happy mammoth aka happy koala one big con. Despite having all the mythical excellent reviews= false advertising… not limited to that but the products are all a scam too! avoid!!

they dont contact you to returns, the dont answer to any phone. Thieves

My experience with HappyKoala.ro was extremely unpleasant!!!!
I ordered 2 products (I even paid for delivery).
I received the two products but the numbers didn't match so I returned them. I received confirmation of the return. After a month and a half later, the package hadn't arrived and although I tried to contact them on all channels I didn't receive any response from them (I made over 30 phone calls to them, Facebook, e-mail - I only received a few automated responses with apologies for the delay and a link where I could "check the status" of my order - accessing the respective link with the order number, I saw my order in the permanent "order in process" phase... after "delivery problems - Fancourier").
I think I will appeal to consumer protection sites and why not the police for fraud.

I have some new developments - unfortunately, even more negative experience.
After my previous review on trust pilot I have received an email from this dubious business, letting me know that a refund has been operated and I'll receive my money in max 10 days.
This was precisely 20 days ago and no refund into my account!!!
I really hope that anyone who contemplates entrusting this site will see my and other people's review about them, in time... 🙏🏻🙏🏻
It's an absolute NO to order anything from this store!!!

Products came in a bad condition, their packaging is horrible. Do not ever order from this webstore, they won't answer the help-line. Also their return policy is terrible, they will make you suffer the costs of transporting, while other companies will never do that.

I ordered a happy med for $16 the next month they took $62 out of my account with out my permission then when I finally got package sent back at my own cost they say it would take up to 14 days to refund my money HATEThis company

Do not order! I had a bad experience. I ordered Breezefun sandals shoes. One of them, the right shoe was smaller, tighter, even if the size written was the same. It also has an obvious factory flaw: the camping system was on the inside, instead of the left one, which had it on the outside, like it was supposed to. I tried to call, no answer at their phone number. I tried the steps for the return package/change on their website, it doesn't work. You put your order number but you cannot go any further. I have no communication with them and I got a broken shoe. I do not recommend, I think they are scam.

I ordered ACTIVECREW unisex sandals, with a good descriptions.
today I've got my parcel. inside something that they want me to think that it's what i ordered , some similarity with original description, but looking like a bad joke. Asking for refund, nearly impossible. I guess it's a big scam

I ordered and fully payed some sandals. It's been 16 days now, during which I exchanged a lot of messages with the seller, because the delivery company hasn't even contacted me to bring me the package. Today I gave up waiting in vain and asked for a full refund. Total waste of time and energy, maybe even a scam.
