Happy Little Soles has a great customer service, they always reply super promptly when I have product questions, and when I finally make a purchase it's shipped very fast! Love this company!

I’ve just spent over an hour shopping on this site for shoes for my daughter who is in between sizes. Reason why it took longer than it should is because there’s no way to filter sizes or other specs. But I can live with that, because the brands are good quality and I think they’ll be good for her.
However, went to pay and my transaction was declined and the site emptied my entire shopping cart! Normally if a card is declined it’ll go back to the checkout page and you can reenter details, so this is really frustrating. I’ve wasted so much time!
I’ll probably go back and look for the same shoes again, but I’m not sure I’d shop here again, especially not until there’s a filter function.

Paid for NDD service (bit pricey but needed it asap) and arrived as expected. Happy with the quality of the barefoot wellies for my little one. Wish they had more choice of stylish designs but overall happy with my experience. Thank you!

Switched to barefoot shoes for my child's school shoes. Ordered from Happy Little Soles three times recently and always had a great experience. Got the size wrong twice and had to return, but it was not an issue at all, free return and the refunds were promptly issued. Will definitely order again.

Use HLS regularly, both for the kids and adult shoes. I find it easy to browse a huge range of barefoot style shoes and have always been very happy with the service. On rare occasions when I've had t return shoes, this was simple and easy to do.

I've bought numerous pairs of barefoot shoes and sandals for me and my kids over the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. They have a wide variety of choice - love that I can buy different sizes (a bonus when buying for kids) then return the ones that don't fit for free. I’ve ordered multiple times from this shop, and they are always fantastic! Shoes arrived really quickly and well packaged. It’s great you can order different sizes to try and return. They also have a fantastic range! I’ve recommended them to lots of friends! It’s the only place I go for barefoot shoes in the UK.

The best place to get barefoot shoes in the UK. Over the last few years, I have bought (and sometimes had to return) various shoes from Happy Little Shoes - for me and my two kids. I love: their great range, good value postage, free returns, excellent customer service, and detailed sizing advice. I hope the business goes from strength to strength, because I'm not sure where I'd shop without it.

I ordered the wrong size ( my fault) it couldn't have been easier to return them and got my money back. Ordered the right size and I love my new trainers. Customer service excellent, product fantastic

Seriously the best customer service I think I've ever received! We have ordered from them several times and always been happy. The last pair of shoes however I felt didn't hold up to their usual high quality (they lost their colour and pattern really quickly). I contacted them to feedback and they responded saying that as I was within 30 days of purchase I could return them for free and get a full refund. This in itself is fab! As my daughter is attached to the shoes I declined the offer but felt the feedback was important nonetheless. They responded saying - no probs, thanks for the feedback and here's a 15% discount on the cost of the shoes to help reduce the cost of them for you - they money is already in my account. Thank you! Will be back again in future for sure x

We ordered wellies late on a Saturday night. We paid £9.99 for P&P. Our expectation was that they’d arrived at least by the Monday. They didn’t arrive. Called them on the Tuesday and they said they’d arrive that afternoon. Still haven’t arrived. I would not recommend using the next day delivery option. We still don’t have the wellies. Should have opted for standard delivery.

Wow, what brilliant service from Happy Little Soles! I ordered an e-voucher as a gift. They had to email it to me. Because they kept getting an automatic error message they called me twice to follow up and make sure that I'd received it OK. Really diligent and friendly people. I'd gladly order from them again.

Have been ordering trainers for my children for years and it’s always delivered very fast and great prices. I’ve had to do a return for a wrong size (my mistake) once and they were quick with a refund and no issues at all. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for their trainers.
