Ordered cat ball on 28 Feb still waiting

Ordered cat ball on 28 Feb. Still waiting in April. While postage app says it has been delivered on 28 March, I have not seen it. I have emailed the company twice, launched a chat and messaged them on FB but no response. Please explain why there is no customer assistance and response? I specifically chose this company over amazon as it says 'Australia' but I am concerned it is not in Australia as usually when you order something in Australia it takes a week, not a month.

DON'T BUY FROM HAPPY PAWS AUSTRALIA

DON'T BUY FROM HAPPY PAWS AUSTRALIA. I ordered an in stock product and paid extra $3 for express so it left the warehouse 1st (as advertised). It's now been 17 days since I ordered and nothing has been dispatched, all my emails to customer service have been ignored. Just waiting now for PayPal to issue a refund. DON'T USE THE COMPANY

AVOID THESE CROOKSdo not purchase from these crooks - go to the industry ombudsman and lay your complaint if you did. I asked for a refund the second I purchased from this company by mistake. they declined with a smart email blaming me for the error of purchase, (I thought one of their products has a hard base) and their response was " NO WHERRE DOES IT SAY HARD BASE" - pretty much TOUGH SH&T!"I asked to cancel order and refund 3 seperate occasions and no communication since then, despite emails and contact form. they REFUSE TO REPLY! (they did say upgrade to a hard base) in a smart reply. I refused and said NO as their customer service is terrible. I wil now be going to the industry ombudsman and laying complaints. (every time I do this they get charged) SO I urge EVERYONE who has given a one star do the same thing.

15 days to post order and won't refund

*****THIS IS FOR THE AUSTRALIAN COMPANY 'HAPPY PAWS AUSTRALIA' NOT THE UK COMPANY****I ordered a car seat protector hammock, it was ordered on 3 June, I had to chase with several emails to find out if & when it will be posted, told me it had been posted on 13 June, Aust Post tracking says they received item on 18 June. When I requested to return the item for refund they told me that it had to be within 14 days, it took them 15 days to post it??
I had to buy another car seat protector because it took so long to arrive. So definately not good with customer service, would not recommend
