I’ve been ordering from them for the past few months and honestly have no complaints. If there’s ever an issue and you send an email, they’re responsive and helpful. I regularly rely on HappyPeps for my peptide purchases and have had consistently good experiences. I’ve also been recommending them to family and friends.

I've used a full tube of the botox cream and not an bit of change. Funny how all the advertisements rave about the effects and a lot of ladies I see have unbelievable results with lots of previous wrinkles but it didn't work for me!

Shipping and process was great. When I reconstituted the medication snd refrigirated it was cloudy, sent email to company pending on reply.

This place is a TOTAL SCAM!!Ordered 49 $ they added 3 more things for a total of 122$. I will call them sat apr 10 but I am disputing g the purchases! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I have had a five star experience with happypeps.co for about 10 months. I placed an order March 23rd for KLOW, paid thru Zelle and haven’t received anything past their confirmation of order. I tried to reach out this morning to see if they would send me a tracking number or tell me the progress of my order – they seem to be gone. Emails don’t go through, phone doesn’t ring, can’t get on their website. Are they closed down? I know FDA has been cracking down, but I hope they didn’t take this company off the board!! any information would be appreciated. I was hoping it was an April fools gag this morning but…

I am late responding but I wanted to update my review from a 1 star to a 5 star.
I believe I panicked for a couple of reasons:
1) When an email got kicked back, however, it was to the website email address, not the one (gmail) that they had asked & previously used with me.
2) when I saw that there IS in fact a DIFFERENT peptide company with a very similar web address ending in .com...I felt for sure I had accidently hit on a 'bootleg' type of address to place my order.

IN ALL ACTUALITY...once I found a phone number on Trust Pilot site, I called and was greeted by a kind and humble rep who assured me that all is well and I will receive my order on time. I told him I would update this review once my order was completed.
**I DID receive my order exactly on time!!
**I also received a kind & thoughtful 'Thank you' type of item in my order and that shows MOST EXCELLENT customer service.
**I do want to recommend their (HappyPeps.co) services for such research items that you may need to purchase. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I placed an order and tracking info was sent to me and for 3 days now there’s no progress other than a shipping label has been created…I sent an email in which answered me quickly before and now it came back as non-existent…? Can we say “I got ripped off!”…

**UPDATE**

This issue has been resolved and despite the initial delay in response, Happypeps has been nothing but great in resolving the original issue. Stellar COAs have been provided on all products and any initial concerns have been squashed. Thank you, Happypeps!

I had been recommended this company for research peptides with a positive experience so I decided to place an order. I was hopeful as I received my order quickly and it was packaged nicely, however my research Tirz10MG I had ordered did not have a COA associated with it. I inquired multiple times via website, email (2 different addresses), and text message without a reply. Between each inquiry I allowed several days for a response but still was left with 0 communication. This has led me to believe that this batch perhaps has not been tested and noticed the most recent tirz COAs are from several months ago. I am likely going to have to dispose of my research materials and be out the expenses.

all though I used this site before and received good research products this time I got robbed...place an order and paid thru Zelle and never received any product and cannot reach anyone

Very Fast shipping. I got a tracking number almost within the hour. Im sure that depends on what time the order is placed but regardless, it was quick. I'm only a few days into my research so I cant comment on effectiveness but I'm sure I will not be disappointed.

This company has been wonderful ordered once and will order again. Feels good talking to a live person when I have a question
