I definitely feel conned
A glossy website, and illusion of quality products but these are the same low end pet products on a bunch of websites. Packaging shouldn’t really matter but all shipping updates come with the name “Chunrong” not HappyPups, and the products are stuffed into a random tiny box. The product has a bell in it that is held on with a ziptie- definitely a choke hazard and not a quality product. There are zero genuine details about the company on the website (just a generic email address) and I heard about the company through a FB ad - I should have known this is just a freight forwarder for knock-offs of popular products. Kicking myself! But it arrived as ordered and got all the shipping notifications along the way. My dog may love the toy, but i don’t trust its safety.
