I’m so happy with the final result and would recommend anyone coming to the Happy Smile Clinics. And the value for money is amazing. If you want to get your teeth done please come here!

Absolutely fantastic experience

I went to an open day in Middlesbrough and from the very first appointment everything has been so easy and straightforward.

Everything was explained clearly at the consultation, the price was guaranteed and there were no unexpected surprises. Once I arrived for my treatment, everything went smoothly and I felt really well looked after.

The whole team were lovely and couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout.

I'm absolutely over the moon with my new smile and would definitely recommend them

I have traveled from the UK to have treatment at Happy Smile Clinics after attending one of their clinics in Liverpool.
The treatment I have received to date can not be faulted. The treatment in my opinion is better value than in the UK. The travel arrangements to and from the clinic is great, the appointments are always punctual, the treatment and aftercare is first class, they speak to you, hand you it to you on paper and then message you with the details.

Absolutely brilliant, a first class experience from start to finish, even refunded some money for work that did not need doing. My son has already had his first visit to “Happy Smile Clinic “, and I will be recommending the clinic to a lot more of my friends.

I have just finished my first treatment which did change slightly from the original treatment but at no extra cost, which was a huge relief.
Everyone was kind and friendly and every need had already been thought about and covered before I could even think to ask about it. I was picked up every day before treatment, and I really can't think of anything that could have been done better. I am really happy that I chose this clinic for my treatment. The price is very small compared to the quality of the treatment.

Since booking the treatment with Happy Smiles, we have been so happy, with everything, the treatment from the staff and the dentist have been excellent, the hotel and the transfers have been amazing . From someone who hated dentist , I cannot recommend Happy Smiles enough.

I had some issues with my teeth and went to the local dentists in my home country. The prices were pretty high, so I started to compare and search for the right clinic. Once I saw an ad about Happy smile clinic and gave it a try. Before I was skeptical about clinics outside my country because of posible complications. I had various dental procedures including surgery. Everything went well, exceptional service from picking up from airport, accommodation to dental procedures. Recommend it!

I have had an amazing experience with Happy Smiles Clinic in Istanbul.As a solo woman travelling here on her own , I have been well looked after at the clinic,picked up on time by the drivers from the hotel and taken to the clinic and they have driven safely, co ordinators have been amazing keeping me informed of my treatment plan and time of the clinic.My appoitment times have run smoothly and all the doctors who have worked on my teeth have been gentle and have made sure that I am comfortable .Attention to detail has been amazing and the dentists attention to detail and giving me the perfect smile I can not fault , thank you Happy Smiles Clinic fantastic from start to finish .

From initial contact via WhatsApp through to the stay, the staff, the service, the results and the overall experience I have been incredibly happy.

I spent several months on/off researching clinics all over Turkey and I used AI extensively when choosing a clinic, I used ChatGPT to scrape social media/message board posts etc looking for any negative reviews and couldn’t find anything. I was tempted to visit a holiday resort like Antalya to get the treatment done and turn it into a holiday but I found lots of negative comments and prices that looked unbelievable often with extra charges added after arrival.

This place sent me a contract PDF upfront with the warranty information and guaranteed price. Which was honoured.

The hotel they used (Mercure) was fabulous, high spec and couldn’t be faulted. Despite being a 5 minute walk, a driver was sent every appointment to collect me. (I’ve reviewed the hotel on Google separately and unprompted)
The clinic is immaculately clean and everything is shiny and new.

I would happily recommend this place to anybody.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Everything explained in detail at every stage. Very well looked after from landing at the airport to arriving back at the airport. All transfers and hotel services excellent. Most of all brilliant dentists, giving a fantastic result.

Everyone really friendly and helpful. Made to feel comfortable and everything is explained. My treatment changed slightly once I got here after they had done the x-rays, the extra work should have cost an extra £2k but because of their fantastic price guarantee it was all included. Highly recommend this clinic, professional, friendly and reassuring that they use the best quality equipment.

Absolutely made up with my new teeth, from start to finish everyone here has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable, even when i had delayed flights ilena was still helping after midnight to make sure I got to my hotel, all the staff are so friendly anh helpful.All my family and friends say how goodAb my smile is these days. Very disappointing customer service experience. I cancelled my appointment, but afterward the front desk still demanded that I pay a $50 cancellation fee. When I refused, the staff member became very rude, raised her voice, and started arguing with me. I felt insulted and extremely uncomfortable with the way I was treated.

What made it even more frustrating is that I had previously been told I could come as a walk-in without an appointment. The communication was poor, and the behavior at the front desk was completely unprofessional.

I hope the dentist/owner looks into this seriously and takes appropriate action. Patients should be treated with respect, even when there is a disagreement about a fee. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

everything is perfect. the transfers from airport to hotel was perfect. everything was well organized. state of the art clinic. i’m very happy with the results. very happy.

I have just returned after my second visit with a lovely natural looking pair of teeth. All I can say about Happy Smiles clinic is they are fantastic from start to finish. The service from all members of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The clinic is absolutely spotless and you are so looked after. I was so nervous in going I’m 65 but I felt no pain whatsoever after the injections. I’m still in awe of the service and can’t believe the difference it’s made to my confidence. I would never have been able to afford to have all the work done in England. I paid a fraction of the price at Happy Smiles.

I recently had dental implants placed at this clinic and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final result, the team was professional, friendly, and highly skilled.
