I ordered a pet face cushion but was very disappointed. No dimensions were given on the site but there was a photo to suggest size. It was much smaller than advertised, mine was just 12 inches including the ears.
One of the ears was sort of chopped off at the tip and looked uneven to the other ear.
Also, the bottom was not stuffed adequately and was puckered around the edges.
I contacted them to discuss but no response.
There is no option to return so you're stuck with it, like it or not.
Oh, and they only publish 5 star reviews on their website. They oversee all reviews before they publish. I left a 'less than 5 star' review stating the above and they didn't publish it.

I recently purchased a shaped cushion. There was an issue with my original order but when I phoned Happy Snaps, the customer service was exceptional. The issue was sorted and a replacement cushion sent out immediately. The colour and quality of the cushion is good. It is a little small but it is only a "silly" gift so will go down well regardless.
Prompt efficient service.

Please do not make the same mistake as I did when ordering a personalised tea towel - unless you are very familiar with the size of a tea towel and immediately realise that the approx size shown on the website of 60cm x 35cm is not your average size. I could have accepted the poorly placed photo and wording but the size of the finished product will not serve any useful purpose in my kitchen. Perhaps as an antimacassar......
Ultimately, pay attention to what you are ordering. I have to take responsibility for not having done so.
