I attempted to book an airport pick-up in Montenegro through this company. The website asked for all the relevant details (flight number, destination etc) and quoted a competitive price, so I submitted my request. I got a pop-up stating that it would be processed, but then nothing further. I tried again the next day, and it was the same story. On the third day I tried sending a message using the online chat function, but once again nothing. What a totally useless company. They appear to be based in Portugal, and maybe they function only there. If that's the case, they shouldn't be advertising what they can't deliver elsewhere.

Easy to use website and great communication.
Mario provided excellent service and really made the Biokovo tour day come alive for us. So glad we booked this tour, it was a highlight of our 2 week stay.

Do not use this company, they have taken a booking they are unable to deliver. After many attempts to contact I have had one response promising refund that has not happened. More attempted contacts and further no responses. They have not refunded payment as promised and not responded. Fo not take the risk! I am now a few days before the event and no contact or refund.

They wrote me the night before an 8:20 am arrival in Dubrovnik to cancel. What a horrible experience. Don’t do business with this unreliable company!

Calling or email on the service centre for any help and information are really great and fast response. The booked were really great deal . Really happy with this trip and experience. Only the little problem is just a longer awaiting confirmation . But we do have a great time .

So far,we have had terrific communication with Happy to Visit.We are organizing a visit to the Plitvice Lakes in the Fall and,despite it being late in the season,they have been very resourceful in helping us put this together.
Will write further once we have made our visit.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! I carefully and lovingly planned a trip to Siena for my son's 30th birthday, and booked a tour with Happy To Visit weeks before the trip. They did not confirm and when I chased them the week before they said 'the operator had not confirmed with them' and despite various attempts they failed to provide the tour and we were left to fend for ourselves on the day.

Dreadful, slow response voucher issued for wrong date had to chase to get them to correct….very disappointing

The worst booking experience ever
I've booked a trip in Malta and paid by credit card and never received confirmation. Was writing them, calling to their so called customer service, nobody ever answered the phone. Totally unprofessional!!

This is not a serious company. The website looks serious and it was easy to order transfer. I never received any confirmation. It was when I tried to call them, I began to suspect them to not be serious. Their number is not in use. I have written several emails, but no respons. I have ofcourse canseled the order

I booked a train - bus tour from Thessolaniki to Meteora but haven't received confirmation. Tried phoning multiple times but no answer. It was booked the day prior, so kind of last minute. As long as they refund the money, it's okay I suppose. If there is no reply/response, I will go to the authorities.

Do not use this company. Booked a trip to Krka Waterfalls which was not confirmed so I decided to book elsewhere instead. I have tried emailing, using the contact us page and phoning to cancel the request for the trip and have had no response. They say they get back to emails in one business day, this is not true.

Multiple contact attempts on a trip that has been booked on nine days prior to trip that shows still awaiting confirmation. Just trying to get information about the trip so that we can make other arrangements in case it is not confirmed and they do not respond to any emails sent to the address booking @ happytovisit.com

Very poor service!!

I booked a Vienna walking tour. Agent raised price after I booked--a bad sign right there. Their followup email did not include any usual info about identifying the guide (badge, armband) or contact info in case of mishap. In any event, we were unable to find him/her at the designated meeting spot. Never responded to email complaint.

Fine trip. The company could mention that the entrance ticket for the national park is bought with cash on the bus.

There are a lot of fantastic trips on the webite, everyone can find something for himself. However, some information are obsolete and have to be updated.

HappyToVisit is a great tours booking website where you can find a lot of tour operators with different destinations. We are very satisfied with the experience with them and we are recommend it.

Pre-booked a transfer from Plitvice to Split a full month in advance but had no confirmation. Rang and was advised they would contact me once they had spoken to their carrier for confirmation. Almost immediately upon hanging up
I received an email cancellation. They had a full month to confirm with the carrier and and get back to me but obviously didn’t even attempt to contact them if the speed of cancellation is anything to go by. Went by bus in the end, took a little longer but was easy to book, a nice drive and 1/4 of the price.
