Customer service issues.
The wallpaper is great. Good quality paper and printing. My main issue is customer service can be slow. The only correspondence is through email, which can take a couple of days for a reply. If you are having an issue and there are multiple emails it can take a while for an issue to be resolved. This is frustrating when you are in the middle of a project and the delays can be significant.

Fantastic quality and service
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Loved being able to preview the design online. Shipping was surprisingly fast, considering it came from Sweden (no import paperwork or taxes due either). Wallpaper sections clearly labeled, with straightforward installation instructions. And the quality seems superb. What’s not to love? Will shop here again without hesitation.

Thank you for your feedback Sarah. We’re sorry to hear that the dimensions of your wallpaper did not meet your expectations.
We believe there may have been a misunderstanding about how our wallpaper murals are produced. We always print our murals on panels that are 19.7" (50 cm) wide, and unfortunately, we’re not able to print panels wider than this. We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm that you received the dimensions that were ordered.
We do mention the panel width on our website, but we appreciate your feedback and will review how we can make this information even clearer to avoid any confusion in the future.
We’ve also reached out to you by email, so please don’t hesitate to get back to us when you have a chance. We’d be happy to help and get this sorted out with you. /Team HappyWall
