If you have attempted to buy anything from them, contact your bank asap and apply for a chargeback.
Also, do not listen to their pleas for you to remove your chargeback request (either thru your bank or payment processor Stripe) and get a refund from them instead.
Take a look at their Facebook Page and you'll see that this is a fake store. They delete comments. Pretending they are a Wellington-based store in New Zealand that can no longer afford their "soaring rents" and are having to close down after many years. It is all lies. They are based in Asia. They won't allow you to cancel saying you have to send their goods back to Asia to get a refund.
