A big thank you to Ian Sparrow. I ordered 2 items from Harbour lifestyle and it looked like a delivery delay would mean the items wouldn’t arrive in time for my babies birthday party. Thanks to Ian for all his help in getting them here in time and for all his help throughout. He really went above and beyond and turned around my experience. I’d have no hesitation in ordering from harbour again, and the items have been lovely.

Very pleased with pergola but also slightly disappointed. Our patio was laid to accommodate a 4m x 3m pergola, when assembling pergola very soon realised that dimensions of pergola were slightly smaller than what was stated on the website, posts are 90mm and not 100mm, width is 393cm external post to post and depth is 293cm external post to post so when placed on the patio and bolted down is not quite central on the patio. The 4m x 3m dimension is the distance between the post feet. I didn't take that in to account when laying the patio. However the pergola does look good now it's finished just wish I had double checked the external dimensions.

Ordering & delivery were excellent, materials very well packaged/protected & online video guides make assembly incredibly simple.

Only issue we had was that the heater popped the gutter out.

It popped straight back in - we then found information on the website that says that the heater must be fitted to a gutter located over a section with a blind/shade however, this information doesn't appear in the paper instructions supplied as far as we could see which maybe needs addressed.

We are also now tied to the heater being on the "short" side of the pergola as the cable isn't long enough to reach from the middle of the longer shade side.

These really are minor points and all in all, we are delighted with our purchase!

First class service and product.. delivered on time with updates. All in good condition. Product well made and looks amazing. Instructions on how to clean and look after video very helpful. Very pleased we ordered from this company. Although a bit more expensive! You get what you pay for and this dinning set is def worth it. Very happy customer

Easy purchase, good communication, tracked despatch and product arrived all in good order. Quality of the Pergola is very good, with good build quality. Looks like it will last a considerable number of years.

I picked the wrong item, it was not what thought. It was to big and too heavy.
I rang and spoke with your customer service Megan was the lady I spoke with and she assisted me to find the right the product.

Excellent ordering customer services and great delivery guys …First class. Product sturdy and easy to erect with comprehensive instructions.. took one guy 3 hours with minimal help from me OAP but he had done one before! Overall a great purchase

We found the delivery was on time and the driver and his mate were polite and very helpful. The product was very well made with superb packaging. All the necessary tools to build it came with all the bolts screws etc and the build instructions were very easy to follow all in all a brilliant product.

Excellent customer service! Really top notch (a huge thank you to Callum for being super again and again!). Not to mention how beautiful our Quay sofa is. We get tons of compliments and it makes us feel like we’re on holiday! Thank you again!

Smooth purchasing process. Timely delivery well handled.

We were looking for an outdoor pergola and after a lengthy search we found a fantastic one on Harbour lifestyle at a price that matched or bettered any others we found. The purchase process was super easy and they even offered interest free credit which is always useful! It arrived within the time stated but through no fault of their own one of the packages was slightly damaged. We decided to put it up and it was surprisingly easy, it took me about 3 hours and I only needed an assistant to hold up the frame while I connected it. I have assembled much more challenging things half the size of this and the instructions were super clear and you get everything you need and more in the box. Once constructed the quality really shines through and it looks and works fantastically. The slight damage in transit issue was handled so professionally by the team with super fast communication and a really great outcome. I couldn’t recommend the product or the team more and they’ll be our first port of call for any other outdoor erections!

I had a defect with a pergola blind, discovered just past the warranty period. After initially saying no to a free replacement, when I pushed back they agreed to replace the blind free of charge, even though they didn't need to.

The process of delivering the replacement went very smoothly and the communication and organisation from Lorik was faultless, as was the customer service.

This gesture from Harbour was very much appreciated and evidence that this company value their customers. Thank you.

Arrived quicker than advertised! Had not realised the item did not tilt, my mistake, The mechanism to raise the parasol very stiff, but I assume this will become easier,

I ordered outdoor sofas. Delivery was smooth and they look fantastic and are very comfortable. I did have a problem with sofa sections not matching but Diar who I dealt with was fantastic - excellent customer service and the issue fully resolved. I hope to buy further products in the future.
