great selection of interesting costumes for a party. I was worried the delivery would take ages to Switzerland, but it was easy, fast and seamless.

I ordered a product on this website, but we are a week later now, and i still didnt receave it. I have read some commends here, and i have 0 trust anymore if i will ever get my package. By tracking your order you have to download an app named "shop" and it does nothing than waiting for information? And they choose to not answer any email? Just do yourself a favor, and dont order here.

Two items in one order, shipped from different countries by two different couriers and the tracking was absolutely abysmal. One was sent to collect in store from Mexico when I live in the UK - which was apparently my responsibility to sort with DPD. The other item arrived and was some of the shoddiest, cheapest rubbish I’ve ever seen - bad stitching, bad sizing, flimsy material, coming apart already.

The worst bit was the service. Hard and Heavy agreed to refund me for both these (through different communication methods of course including a random refund service called Seel) and then the refunds NEVER ARRIVED. Ended up resolving through PayPal who refunded me after almost a month of back and forth.

I still lost money not to mention time, and had to find alternative Christmas presents. Don’t risk it.

I bought dress for my prom and it’s looking like the picture. It suits my body and look really pretty. I was little bit nervous to order from this store. But for me it came out great.

If you want to start a war with a bunch of big and smart companies, buy your fake product here! Get mad at Yana and cry 2 months later you didn't get the money back, unless you're bad ass and send angry emails that lose your sanity.

Before I order anything, I try to verify where it’s located because I don’t want to order items from China. This website is extremely misleading! in their contact info It has a US based location yet my products, based on the tracking, are being sent from China! Had I known this I would’ve never placed this order!

The delivery took a very long time. The tracking system was very strange; I had no idea where my package was. Upon receiving it, I immediately returned it because I no longer needed it and didn't like the quality of the cheap Chinese material. After unsuccessfully trying to get my money back, I resigned myself to the fact that they wouldn't give me a refund. Terrible company, 1 star.

Delivery from Spain to LA came earlier than expected. Great quality boots and fit. Customer service reached out once my order was placed to make sure I had the right size (I changed it after her cross check). Top notch experience with these guys! 🖤

Almost 3 weeks to arrive.
Clothing is thin, low quality, not like the images on the website.
Logo printing is blurry.
Customer service is slow to respond.
Returns took another 3 weeks to receive and finally get the refund (minus courier fee) into bank account.
I wouldn't buy from again based on this experience and wouldn't recommend to others.

I got this coat through shop pay so I was very glad that I could pay in 4 installments. Came about less than a week before Xmas which was cool. The material and quality of the coat i got my wife is great and she loves it.

Everything went fine even the Original item was not deliverable anymore we got a very good replacement recommendation for an other product.

I sent garments back many weeks ago, at my own expense, and have proof they were delivered to the return address provided to me by the company. They continually claim they haven’t received them, despite the proof, and refuse to help. I’ve had to open a dispute with my payment provider service. Don’t order from these people or you could be out a few hundred dollars.

I ordered a dress for Portugal and they sent it to england, although two or three mails that I sent about the adress

I purchased the Gothic Feathered Cape with Lace Trims and Velvet Roses for my goth girl offspring. This is a Christmas gift and I know she will love it! Construction of the garment is well made yet easy to wear everyday. It arrived very quickly and well packaged - it was actively snowing when delivered and the parcel was in the snow for about 19 to 25 minutes … garment was nice and dry.

It has been almost two months & i never received my order. Communication is non existent and when they do eventually respond, they expect you to file an insurance claim on their behalf with a company i have never heard of & causes great suspicion.
