Website directs deliverys to billing…
Website directs deliverys to billing address instead of shipping address. Telephone number not staffed and directs to full mail box so cannot leave message.
Received response on the third email to say items will be sent to the shipping address.
Items arrived on time as specified by royal mail 48, however was missing two x 2 meter lengths of aliminum.
The website was closed for maintenance from the day of the delivery, I have had no response to any of my messages. It has been a week now and I don't think I will be hearing from them.
This is apparently how they make their money, by under staffing the operation and short changing customers on deliveries.
Future customers beware!!

Outstanding Service
They (in particular Kevin) bent over backwards to provide an efficient pick up of a faulty vacuum cleaner with delivery of the replacement at the same time. He had to deal with Shop Vac and myself. Throughout did all with intelligent understanding. Bought through Amazon and will use this company again where possible. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service - would use again in an instant...
It's not often I'm driven to review anything, not least a hardware supplier, but the service we got from Hardware Warehouse - in relation to a very minor but important-to-us purchase - was just fantastic. Excellent advice and very speedy dispatch. Would there were more firms like this out there (and thank you especially, Michelle!).
