Can no longer check out on their website... it is totally not working... absolutely no one answers the phone their... now one of their email addresses (sales at hardwareandmoreee.com) has been disconnected... this place is obviously tanking ;-{

absolutely horrendous customer service. I have called 5 times, I have emailed. I try to buy and it will not go through even though it says there is plenty of stock, sure wish I knew who owned this business to let me know how much money he is losing, unless, perhaps he only uses to wash money.

Cannot check out on their website (have tried Chrome and Mozilla browsers) either logged in or as a guest.
Message sent to customer service 48+ hours ago; no response yet.
Just tried again, and same result.
When signed in, tells me that the amount has changed, review and try again....price has not changed, and will not allow to proceed.
As a guest, will not allow me to enter a shipping address.

Does not answer the phone.. I placed an order and the quantity showed available however they cancelled my order because "did not have in stock" WRONG

Terrible customer service. My mother bought a few items from them and the last one she wanted to return, multiple calls/emails and nobody has let us know if it can be returned, instead they just don't answer/respond.

I ordered the incorrect brush and was told they cannot be returned because they came from one of their vendors. Will not order from them again.

Excellent prices compared to my local market dictated by 2 giant box stores... Even with the reasonable shipping I still saved $40. My order was processed quickly and I received the item sooner than expected. The best part is helping a small business rather than some giant chain store.

The money was withdrawn but the orders did not arrive. The customer representative did not respond seriously.

Very good customer service. They solve all the problems raised very quickly.

I've been looking for a specific caulking called dap 3.0 at all the obvious places, home depot, lowes, ace hardware, true value and none of those places carry it any more, I need it for my business, it has to be dap 3.0. Hardware and moreee had it on their website, 149 in stock, so I ordered a case of them. I was soooo happy to have finally found the product I NEED. I ordered it Sunday and received it Thursday, I was so excited and impressed....until I opened the box and it's the wrong product!! I called the phone # 2x got no answer so I emailed them and got a quick response. I was thankful for that cause I figured since they weren't answering their phone then I was probably stuck with the wrong stuff and out $150. They wanted a picture of the product they sent me so I sent them the picture. They emailed me and said they sent my case to the warehouse. I asked if I was going to be responsible for the cost of sending this product back and the response was no. Today I called the phone # 3x and emailed and haven't gotten ahold of anyone. I'm nervous that I'm stuck with this product I can not use and out $150. If things change I'll definitely be back on here to report what happens either way... its Friday so I probably won't hear anything til after the weekend, which is super aggravating.
UPDATE: I was issued a refund because the product they said they had 149 of wasn't accurate but I get to keep the wrong product they sent me.... they were fast with getting me the refund, 4 days. I would, possibly, order from them again but it'd be nice to know, before hand, if what they advertise is really what I'm going to get. Plus I called the phone number numerous times and never once did anyone answer, or call me back. So with that being said they would probably be my last resort. I hate not being able to talk to a living being. So I'd revise my 1 star to a 2.5 star...

I placed an order and was then informed of a huge delay. I was told I could get a refund and said yes. I ordered from somewhere else expecting to move forward with the refund, and then you got the item and sent it. So now I have two and didn't need the second. Would have been better to cancel and refund as it was suggested.

They proceeded an order that I was charged and they cancelled the order. I called to find out why as I had no alert of it but instead they just wanted to argue on the phone that I had an email I didn't receive. They resent cancellation email and I got it instantly. Told my they didn't charge my but I used Paypal and it took funds.

This company is trash and I'm just going to report them for fraud and leave this review so no one else wastes their time on their crap.

Needed a replacement lever handle for the house. Found it online, at a competitive price, and ordered it. It arrived a few days later. Perfect! Everything was fast & easy. A+

My 5 start review is based solely on the responses left by hardware & moreee.

I have never enjoyed my morning coffee moreee than reading out loud the responses to customers reviews. Regardless of the customers satisfaction with this companies service. They are dedicated to delivering very very in depth responses. I almost ordered wiffle ball for the chance to possibly be not satisfied so I could write a negative review just for the response. Sadly I needed them sooner.
