I came within stated check-in time but they were shut.

The page says it's in the USA, but it isn't, it's in the UK.

I booked on Booking.com and was told that check-in is from 1pm to midnight.

I arrived two or three minutes before midnight. The downstairs lights were off and the doors were shut and locked. I knocked on them - no answer.

I called both numbers given on their site - one went straight to voicemail and the other rang, then went to voicemail. I left messages saying I was waiting outside. No answer.

When I tried to leave a review on Booking.com I couldn't, because the booking 'doesn't exist'.

The hotel has not charged the debit card I used to make the booking (I was due to pay once there).

This review was left at 2pm the next day.
