The delivery was not made when suggested and the product ended up stuck at the depot. However once I had got in touch with the company, Lisa there got it sorted out quickly and efficiently.

Outstanding customer service. Lisa was so helpful and patient and also quick at responding. The whole process from ordering to the supply and delivery of the porcelain was exceptionally smooth. So pleased with the porcelain. Would definitely recommend Hardy Stone.

Order for circular patio.
As I was ordering paving direct for the first time I telephoned for advice and received excellent help in choosing the right product, which has now arrived on time and is of great quality.
I did have a small problem with one of the pieces which had a very odd leaf design fossilised into it. Within 24 hours of providing a picture of this and asking if anything could be done Lisa had agreed and ordered a replacement piece at no additional cost. Couldn't ask for better service.
