Won't allow return, even when part doesn't fit.

Sent me a product that does not fit my vehicle. Refused to allow me to return my money. I sent pictures as they asked, then offered me 70% of my money back rather than allowing me to return. They are horrible and they are crooks.

I wanted to return the item as it was not as described (bespoke car cover). I've emailed 5 times and no response. I would not recommend using this company after my experience. Update 4/1: Since posting my review, the company have immediately been in touch and fully refunded. They explained the delay was due to the Christmas period. It's only fair to change my rating.

FAKE

FAKE - Dont Trust!
Said they delivered and left in a safe place - check the cameras, no delivery was made. No parcel, no way to track it and no photo evidence. Showed it stayed on carrier "out for delivery" for 7 days...! I call BS, its a scam and they were never going to deliver and just showed shipping updates. no way to get a refund. GRRR (Reported to ACCC)

Yet another Chinese business that…

Yet another Chinese business that tricks you into thinking they are in the UK. And as the days and weeks go by and you still do not have your goods you discover hidden away in the small print that they are in China. Added to insult their tracking number is false and they ignore emails.
